Brief Update 22nd January 2007 - Gala

Highlights of 22Nd January 2007 Gala..

Dean Palash Sir entered in the gala floor swinging the Bat..He said Cricket is the only game in india which all hundred crore people unite..and FameX is the only show that makes hundred Crore people Fly.
After that He invited the 1983 world cup winning team three members..Sayyed Kirmani, Krish Shrikant aand Mohinder Amarnath

All three winning membersof world cup said sumthng abt the cricket n FameX show..They all explained the FameX show is a cricket style..Palash Announced the suprise n he said whoever wins the FameX will get a chance to sing for indian cricket team for world cup..

After that Palash announced tht the music will be composed By shanakr ehsaan loy...overall whole team of cricket where presnt in the gala

First Performace
Rakesh sang Chale Chalo from movie lagaan...He sang so well with a qaulity Voice..Judges were really impressed Especially Daler

Second Performance
Ashutosh sang Haan yehi rasta hai tera..His perfoamce was not apreciated by the judges..The judges said tht he did not do justice to a song..n Nikhil mentioned that the dance steps were not good..Daler was impressed with the performace

Third Performace
Ritu..she sang Aa dekhe zara..She performed so well..Daler was impressed with her performance..

Fourth Performance
Banjo sang Runaru Roshni .he sang so well n performed very well he used the stage so wel..Daler was not impress with banjo's performance n ganesh even noticed it
This made an argument Between palash n Daler again..palash said tht u have a problem with a western song But Daler mentioned tht he was not in sur

Fifth Performace
Anandrupa..she sang Aaj Mein Upar she sang properly n perfomed well too..Daler was happy with the performance..ganesh said tht its his first song he has choreographed

Sixth Performance
Rehan sang Maa tujhe Salaam Daler was impressed n he said yeh gaan aap hih gaa sakte theh..Other judges did not feel rehan was good especially nikhil

Seventh Performance
Neethi..she sang Aashaen...She sang well, The judges said her performace was not good compare to others..she should have done better

Judges decided to put Neethi..rehan..ritu and Ashutosh in a danger zone

Faculty Saved Neethi n Rehan..

So ritu n Ashutosh were the only two danger Zone contestant Left
Both will sing in a cafe round..so this time there will not b contestant Voting

Thanks Huzi. Faculty bended the rules and saved two contestants. I don't think they trust student (and possibly public?) voting. Well, we can expect some good performances from Ritu and Ashu in the cafe round. Both gave great performances in the gala. Rest is upto the voting public.

I agree with u..Actually there is always an argument in each gala there is so many differences btw faculty n judges...

They even broke the rules By putting all the seven contestant in a danger Zone
