its necessary n it wont make him weaker but the fin is u cant even listen to musiq or sing a song when ur fasting wht hes gonna do..

I guess it upto qazi whether he would like to fast or not. But based on my knowldege from all my muslim friends, this is something they religiously and happily follow, so I think Qazi will keep the fast.. Also, I think he will only get more respect for doing it during such tough competition... Also, I sincerely believe that if Qazi wants to keep the fast then Sony (for that matter any company in India) will respect it and will let him do his prayers too and will work around practice /shooting time... Iam sure he is not the only muslim in the unit, there will be others and they respect that....

Thank you for your opinion. I fully agree. Yes Qazi must fast and pray so he will get blessings and positive vibes and Sony will hopefully have no objection to ones' religious matter.

From all of you who gave your comments it appears that FASTING IS GOOD AND IMP SPECIALLY ON SUCH RELIGIOUS OCCASION AS RAMZAN WHICH IS VERY IMP FOR ALL MUSLIMS.

guyz i dont think fasting will effect qazi. coz he is the one who hav 2 prepare 4 bot gala nd ranobhumi. nd everyday he practice hours. nd he never becam tired. he is like a injuired tiger who is hit but still running by the power of peoples love. he can do it if we r with him.

more over fasting during ramadhan is a religious thing. if he do it he will fill some mental peace.

Religiosly, He HAS to fast. All adult (as in over 11-12ish) have 2 fast the whole month of Ramadan. Ramadan is 29 or 30 days. there is no eating or drinking frm sunrise to sunset. its not as hard as ppl make it seem........ive been duin it since way b4 i was 11 jus 4 fun cuz i liked it. u ppl mite think itz hard and but really it isnt. but yea im not the one singing for hours everyday. but he can adjust that...im sure they dun sing 24/7...he can practice singing after naghrib(sunset) or try adjusting with it.
Some1 asked if ppl can fast on his behalf or keep half a fast..lol ithot that was cute but no.neither 1 of those can be done. Qazi seems 2 b frm a religious family..(in last week's gala wen his mom was shown, she was wearin a hijab n all) so he most likely will and shud fast. but it is his personal opinion. many ppl rnt as religios and they dun follow everything in the religion...n no1 has the right 2 convince him to or not to fast...hes old enuf 2 decide and religion is personal...fasting is jus btwn u n God.
heres my say in it.....if he fasts Allah will c that he didnt let his career come b4 his religion and Allah will help him become a better singer and this can make him be in FJ. he will perform better if he fasts cuz then Allah will help him out
