When the voting was going on.. atleast 90% people said they r going to vote for Abijeet because he has a cute smile.. Crazy!! Atleast in FG still there is some control, in II there is none

no no...he didnt loose because he didnt have a cute smile. his smile was also very cute...looked cute & great voice too...everything was nice about him except that "i'm the best" attitude...and wahin maar kha gaya.

FG has thoda control...but there shouldnt have been any contestant voting...that voting part reminds me of MTV roadies.

Btw, i read somewhere that Qazi's bro can sing...what if he gets inspired by Qazi and decides to take part in Indian Idol 2....what do you think might happen thennn

Everytime I see Qazi's brother .. he looks like total opposite of Qazi. He's got a villianous look 🤢 so I doubt he'll have the same effect as Qazi.

I guess the winners will be Qazi and Ruprekha 😊

tele-meet with Fame gurukul finalists

Ludhiana, October 16: The final week of the Fame Gurukul (Sony Entertainment) contestants has finally dawned, as Qazi Touqeer, Ruprekha Banerjee and Rex D' Souza get ready for the final showdown and judgement day.

Viewers are already voting for and sending cheer messages to their favourite Fame Jodi. A video conferencing was held at Reliance Web World, Mall Road, on Friday in which viewers across 14 cities talked to Fame Gurukul finalists simultaneously.



A die-hard fan of Kishore Kumar, Qazi Tauqeer, on his journey to becoming one of the three finalists said, ''I still can't believe that I am one of the three finalists as all who were selected for this were among the best musical talents in the country.''

"It is here at Fame Gurukul that I have realised what real music is,'' he says. "We have been living away from our families for quite a few months now and all that I have learnt about music here is beyond imagination. Everybody here is so helpful and each day, we get to know more about music.''

Ruprekha Banerjee from Kolkata said, ''I have been studying music since I was in class seven and being in the company of bigwigs of the industry is like a dream come true.''

Rex was asked if he thought he deserved being a finalist, to which he answered, ''I have earned this spot through my talent and I have also been approved by the judges as well as the Indian audience.''
