There is a clip of her singing jane jaan from last gala... Oh my god she sounds terrible...as bad or worse than her 'Panchi nadiyan performance'.

Then she is complaining to her mother that Ruprekha gets selected always when she is better and deserves it more than RR. Gosh this girl should listen to her performance once then she will know how good or bad she is.

Note: this was before yesterday before rr voted for arpita again.

All four Ruprekha, Qazi, Rex and Arpita will perform once again in the Gala tonight



How did this happen?
The Janta sent in an amazing 66 Lakh votes to ensure Qazi a seat in the TOP THREE. He got 44 lakh votes in all. On the popularity charts there is no comparison to Qazi. Rex clocked about 18 lakh votes.

After this Qazi joined Ruprekha in the safe zone and it was for them to decide the fate of their buddies Rex and Arpita. At this point Mandira made an offer to Ruprekha and Qazi.
They could cast their vote for both the students and save them or go the regular way and save one. Going the first way would mean that once again they could be in danger but it would also mean that their friends would be back again in the race. Going the second route would mean that a position in the TOP THREE is ensured and maybe in the Fame Jodi.

Both Ruprekha and Qazi decided to vote for both their pals.

They were very happy with the decision and Padma put it very well that "This was expected of them as Ruprekha is very pure of heart and Qazi is just so brave."

I think for Ruprekha the risk has been greater as she could totally lose out by this decision of hers, but Qazi still has the support of the people.

Ruprekha - Could not control her tears and she confessed that she was unsure of the future and "I do not know why I did what I did."

Visit to the President
The four got to meet the President of India Abdul Kalam at the Rashtrapati Bhawan. They were a part of the Peace Yatra initiated by the Times Foundation that started on the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, October 2. Each of them felt honoured and privileged to sing before the President of the Nation.

DIVINE INTERVENTION: Qazi Touqeer, Ruprekha Banerjee, Arpita Mukherjee and Rex D'Souza at the Jama Masjid in New Delhi Fame Gurukul contestant Qazi Touqeer has now caught the fancy of President A P J Abdul Kalam. When participants of this Sony reality show were taken to Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi, Kalam was quite taken by Qazi's dreadlocks (naturally). When Qazi told him he was a Kashmiri from Srinagar, the President replied that finally there would be a television hero from the Valley! Other finalists Rex D'Souza, Ruprekha Banerjee and Arpita Mukherjee were greatly impressed with the President's gyaan on how to take on the competition. Today's the day Qazi's defining moment will feature in today's episode of Fame Gurukul, at 8 pm. Kalaam wished them all sucess and said that they are already such huge stars, so it shouldn't matter who becomes the Fame Jodi. Ode to Gandhi Gandhi Jayanti day was a landmark in the lives of the final four Fame Gurukul contestants. They started their day by visiting Jama Masjid, where Qazi offered namaz. After which they headed for their once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet President Abdul Kalam at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The contestants regaled the President by singing Vaishno Jantho.
