Jved was very fair to Shamit

Javed Akhtar was very fair when he did not take Arijit to task for voting Shamit out.

At Kirti's time, Javed Akhtar told Shamit in no uncertain words that what he did was wrong and he should be ashamed of him. Moreover, Shamit was unable to endear himself to the judges or the public - by saying that he was selfish, I want to win etc.......

So, in keeping with Shamit's overall attitude, Javed knew that sooner than later, Shamit will vote out Rex, Arijit, RR.....since he was pairing up very strongly with Arpita.

What happened was that justice was served. Shamit voted Kirti out... he was also voted out on the same grounds.... it was all fair and square

agar iss tarha dekha jaye tu every contestent is selfish. coz they all are proving that they are the best. and they should be in the gurukul

Completely agree Ms Bholi Bhali. Everyone is still pointing fingers at Shamit, even after he's out and applauding Arijit for what he did today. Some people can never be pleased. Get over it...there's more to life than the Kirti-Gurpreet voting controversy.

Malinn.... for your kind information Kirti and Shamit didnt have that kind of relationship and bond that shamit shared with Arijit... also Javed Saheb who yesterday said we should respect whatever desicion Arijit takes since he is given the right to vote has to be reminded of not saying the same thing when Shamit voted for Gurpreet...

Your justification also sums up one thing that soon Arijit will also be stabbed the same way Shamit did to Kirti and Arijit did to Shamit... IS IT FAIR

Arijit is playing the game truly now. Shamit ruled the roost till now - imagine how safe he was???? Never a doubt that his friends would choose him.

I remember that once all contestants said that Shamit should be saved (at their own risk - though they also stand to lose so much) - but Shamit said "I should be saved" - His funda is very clear - I want to win - at any costs.

Arijit realised that eventually ShamitBhaiyya would ditch him. This was a golden opportunity - so he grabbed it. He is playing it with Shamits rulebook in hand.

oh comon guys, lets not point fingers at anyone. i mean both had their own logic and made their own desicion, right or wrong. we should not point fingers at anyone!

Malinn,u seem to be having a personal problem with Shamit.That guy had a much better voice than Monica and Arijit himself has admitted it....Whether Shamit would vote out the rest or not is the Faculty and Audience's decision and the other participants in all....Not just Shamit!

And as for Shamit voting out everyone,why dont u blame the others as well cos they too are given a pen,a placard and 15 seconds...Arijit is nowhere near Shamit and neither are the other singers except Kirti who unfortunately is not here and not because of Shamit only,but because of another 5 or 6 votes....
