I absolutely agree with most everyone here. I think Javed Akhtar responded very well to the situation Shamit brought up. Yes, it might have been a little out of line, but I think Shamit fully deserved it. Furthermore, I think Shamit is just really jealous that Qazi is loved by janta. Javed also straightened up Gurpreet. Seriously, it was useless and a nonsense for Gurpreet to say to Qazi that he talks so beautifully which ends up getting him so many votes.

As far as it goes with Ila, all I can say is that I hate her guts. I mean, she is so biased and makes it extremely obvious that she dislikes Qazi. If you hate him so much, why act two-faced in front of all? She tries to show everyone that she likes him like any other contestant, yet even a blind man can tell it is just an act. Moreover, she decides to blame him for fighting with Shamit when it was Shamit's fault as well. I dislike Ila, lastly, because she can't seem to see past the fact that she hates Qazi. She can't see that he is improving day by day and has gotten really good. Don't get me wrong here. I don't like her because she hates qazi but because of her dumb,pitiful, biased actions.

So ah...yeah..

I agree 100% too. I think if this is suupposed to be strictly - sur & taal - show then they should probably not show the singers face till we have a winner! Then you can say that winner won only because he/she is the best singer.
But we all know that full package is what counts. you can be great singer but if you are not in janta's eyes..no one is going to buy your CD/Casettes.
I didn't like Ila Arun trying to save Shamit and others. She critcized Qazi once again but what about comments from Arijit--I never liked Qazi's face??? I think those comments were rudest and showed Arijit is a jealous and immature.
Teachers should teach students little humility too! Also why are teachers not spending time on Qazi???? I feel like that if one day Qazi becomes successful, these teachers only will take credit!!!!
