I agree with you too Qazi his showing his other side now. He has shown his performance skills, and from last Gala he is showing his singing talents. Independance Gala judges said he was FLAWLESS. In the marriage theme gala Shankar said "He doesnt know what he has done but he has improved tremndously and is sounding like a new person altogether" So he is really showing his other side now. 😃see Qazi fans take all comments in a positive way.

independence gala round aired in US on friday was the best performance by all contestants. all the songs were excellent. everyone looked good. the show rocked. my unbiased opinion on the singers.

rooprekha: she rocked👏. when i looked away from the screen and heard only the song, she sounded like lata mangeshkar. this time she didn't have the accent too. she simply was the best of the lot.

mona: her performance was not upto the mark. those who have seen that movie and heard the song would agree with me. mona was too cold and woh junoon nahin tha.

arijit: he was at par with rooprekha. very difficult song and made everyone including anil kapoor fida over his voice and song. tough song-powerful rendition👏. i felt judges were too harsh on him for holding the mic away. if janta heard his voice then judges would have too.

arpita: she was very bad. she couldn't keep up with the sur or taal. don't know what happened to her. it was not expected from her.

rex: this guy is always energetic and happy. he has the x and s factor. i found his song and performance really good.

shamit: i am a fan of shamit's voice. but this time he failed to impress me with his rendition. he tried to innovate the sur but it backfired and took the essence out of the song.

qazi: his song was easy as always. don't know why faculty always gives him easy songs? but i must say that he exceled in the performance and for the first time i loved his voice because it was not nasal but his original voice. i agree with anil kapoor that udit narayan's atma was in qazi because of his beautiful rendition of that song. to be a successful singer he need to continue like this instead of using fake nasal voice.

i can select only 3 danger zone contestants tonight because most exceled in their performance. arpita, mona, shamit and immune student rooprekha.

i liked ur honest opinions bout the independence day special..even i thought arpita, mona, shamit were not upto the mark..i think shamit put in way too energy, jus lik KK said, in improving ur weak points, he lost his positive points..bt, he's getting back in form..
also, i thought arijit was way way btr thn RR..i didnt really like her perf.i donno y..bt, i didnt really feel it the way judges commented..bt, i jus luvd arijit's perf. he was simply perfect, xcept for the mike..rex was ok..sounded lik he was crying, i thought thre was little lack of energy..bt, anways now tht thy're in..hope things get btr for thm...in shaadi special, KJ was really impressed by rex & shamit..he actually went on to say tht rex is gonna become a star anyways, no mttr if he losses this comp..& he wntd the faculty to save shamit, as he really was impressed by him too..

no doubt.. it was shamit's best performance ever performed...!!
n he did a dancing performance with rooprekha & arijit on bole churiya... he can't dance very well.. so he was looking damm cute with those steps...!
