Hey,

I live in Texas, US. I am watching this show from the day 1, and lately came to know that

this show is telecasted in US 1 week late...i mean the show is one week forward in india.

anyhow i get updated by the sify website....

Now coming to the contestants and faculty, i have a few opinions to shout and let the

gurukul faculy and the indian community know about it

FACULTY:

1.Other than Ila Arun, are the other two really qualified to teach and mainly shout on the

contestants.

2.for no reson Ila Arun is punishing the contestants.

3.and out of all they are very Mean to the Audiance Hero Qazi....They literally want to

shave him from day one....

4.The faculty watch with hidden cameras all the conestants, and make them look horrible.

5.the Female contestants are treated more well than the male contestants (mainly the hidden

camera thing)

IF SONY TV HAS NOT MADE PROPER RULES IN THE AGREEMENT PAPER WITH THE CONTESTANTS, THEN THE

CONTESTANTS CAN EASILY SUE THE ORGANIZER FOR EXPOSING THEIR INTIMATE LIFE WITH HIDDEN CAMERA

AND MORE FOR TELACASTING THE SAME ON THE NATIONAL CHANNEL.(IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SHOW

INTIMATE LIFE OF ANYBODY ON TV WITHOUT THEIR AGREEMENT).

Contestants:
(as of i remember)

1. Rooprekha -- another name for ATTITUDE and school going kiddy stuff.SHE IS OVER CONFIDENT

AND TRIES TO TEACH ALL, IS IT NOT AGAINST THE RULES(POOR QAZI GET'S EVEY TIME...NONE OTHER

IS TREATED LIKE THAT??????)
AND I SUGGEST SHE MUST GO OUT AND TEACH LESSONS FOR KIDS ---DO NOT COMPETE WITH OUT

COMPETETIVE SPIRIT)

voice: Good base in singing but cannot manage in long run
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Half way around(50%)
Performer : ooops not at alll...

2.Arpita --DOnt know why the judges feel impresive????

voice: Ok singer
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Half way around(40%)
Performer : YES CAN DO A LOT

3.Mona -- gala se kam aur gaal se jyada gaate hai....try to sing and perform only for that

day, but not a realistic singer.

voice: one day singer, needs and puts lot of gaal effort to sing.
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Half way around(30%)
Performer : MUST WEAR A BIT HIGH HEELS MUST HELP --BUT YES SHE IS...

4.gurupeet -- She has no Vitamin A -Activeness and Vitamin C - CO Active with other

members..always feels like the other contestants are BURPING(paadh) around....

voice: needs to open up and see the sun in singing.
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Half way around(40%)
Performer : ooops not at alll...

5.Amit -- ok guy, more sutable as a chorus...need lot of effort to perform individually

voice: ok but needs a earth big practice.
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Half way around(50%)
Performer : SURE THING

6.Kirti -- need more practise as a voice and stop gaining impressions from over acting.

voice: ok but needs practice.
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Half way around(50%)
Performer : YAARON SURELY..

7.Shamit -- Good going till now...want to watch him more..and comment.

voice: Great
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): good to go(80%)
Performer: Yes..NO DOUBT...

8. Arjit --- Man the voice has the something in it..best of luck to him..( but the faculty

is trying to keep him dowm..feels like they doesnt want to make him number one---faculty

wake uppppppppp)

voice: Cool
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): Needs a PA to assist in everything(30%)
Performer : ooops not at alll...

9. Rex -- Yes ..the voice has absolute hopes..but to make a singer need absolute effort

rather than sentiment and sympathy (felt like the faculty has a lot of symathy in

him..mainly ila --ya alah...)

voice: Fair
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): he is mostly a kid...not grown up more

than 30%...will be a disaster if he gets selected for the top two for SONY to looooose big

time.
Performer : Yes...kids always perform well.

10. Qazi -- The real performer....He has the One factor which no one else has in the

team...and about his singing ability the FACULTY MUST BE AWARE OF THAT QAZI HAS NO PRIOR

TRAING IN SUR AND TAAL LIKE ALL OTHER CANDITATES...SO HE IS A BORN PERFORMER...WHY BEING UN

REALISTIC WITH A REALISTIC PERSON...I HOPE ALL INDIA BE WITH HIM AND VOTE FOR HIM TILL THE

END...AND THESE FACULTY WILL THROW HIM OUT AGAIN AND AGAIN.

voice: Fair+EVERYTHING
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TRAINING TO HOLD THAT BIG

OF HIS CHARECTOR AND AGE (50%)
Performer : REAL PERFORMER --- main aisa kyon huu...tum aise hi aacha lag the ho...keep it

up buddy.

11.Anubhav -- Again a confusing singer and performer...he has skills but do not utilise them

when needed. it looks ok sometimes...looks fair..looks eveything..overall need to work hard.

voice: Fair
Maturity as a person(to hold 1 crore assignment): needs training...(50%)
Performer : Good.

OVERALL...THIS IS NOT A PROFESIONAL SHOW BY SONY. MIXED UP CONTESTANTS SELECTED...AND ALSO

UNTRAINED FACULTY. JUDGES SEEMS TO GET TOP MARKS HERE..
AND ARJIT,SHAMIT,AND MAY BE MONA ARE WATCHABLE.
AND ABOVE ALL QAZI MUST GET A SPECIAL PLACE WITH THE TOP TWO TO PERFORM IN ALL THE 1 CRORE

PROGRAMS.

hey texasguy.. i totaly agree with ur oppinion.. iam a little tierd to comment.. most of my comments are in the other post labeled '' qazi is terrible '' plz refer to that you will see what i mean..

ur opinions r all fair nd right but...

obviously the contestants have contracts to allow cameras into their personal lives... actually its not their personal lives anymore coz its called REALITY TV! and about the girls not having hidden cameras, would you want your sister/mother/girl cousin/any female relative be exposed while she is sleeping, changing, etc? its one thing for a guy, but you cant have the same hidden camera thing going on for girls, esp. in an indian audience...

thats true.. but out of fairness there was no need to show the guys room either then!

thanks for reply...but my question is not about cameras in the bedrooms..but in the hall , they show most of the male sneakers, commens , funny acts...and less the other side...

i mean in common areas and so..who know they have cameras in the bedroom tooo..i remember they showed once in the starting...

Firstly, I am very new here, but i found this forum amazing coz of its available content, and such good decorum!!!😊 Great job done!!

I am in States, and a regular watcher of Fame Gurukul....I personally think its one of the best shows, I've come across...not only its a musical contest, where a jodi would win the title (following the same pattern of Indian Idol which was another hit) but the whole reality tv segment works towards its favor....

I read a lotta people here kinda disliking the reality segment in it, but I personally think, that it's time, that a reality show, like this should be widely accepted in India......as this stream of tv is a huge success overseas....it definitely charges your emotions, brings a smile on the gags, and make u feel more closer to your favorite contestant....

I am sure, by the end of this show, everyone would become very familiar with the winning contestants...how they are on and off-camera!!!

For me, this is a HIT show!!!😉 and I hope, that the level of expectations I have set out from it, remain very high and appropriate till its end....

Hey texasguy.....jus to be a part of this discussion...I know wat u r saying..and as d3si_r4ni said, I affirm, that camera's being in the guy's bedroom is very comfortable coz obviously thats how we see our society....and the girl's bedroom was jus showin in the first episode where they jus wanted to show the entire gurukul to us....it was strictly said, that we would never see that room again on TV!!!

Also, I think all the girls are quite reserved and shy-natured coz of which its more of the guys who do masti and all...they do show Rooprekha doin mischievious acts in the hall....so I think its all fair...and laughs/cries are a definite part of reality tv, and quite frankly, that's what a viewer wants to see!!! obviously besides the singing abilities outta every contestant!!!

That was jus my personal opinion.....I hope the show gets more entertaining in the future...which I am sure, it will😃

yup gud analysis texas guy👏! welcome texas guy, desi_soul,d3si_r4ni,UrS82990,symbionn and mehreen to the forum, u guys r doing a gr8 job , and i luv ur comments !!!! u know texas most of us r a week behind i think only in India and Bangladesh the show is shown a week ahead , its a gud show😊, i really like qazi and arijit😊, i saw yesterdays rang bhoomi and i was shocked that they chose rex over chhavi , she was definitely the best amongst the three and i dunno i think rex shud have been voted out, as for participants choosing from remaining two... obviously they'll choose sum1 whos not a threat to them in the future😕 and as far as the psychiatrist is concerned ..... gurpreet went to her and she did a gud job counseling her ....no wonder shez in the bottom three this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤢
