Stop, dangerous curves ahead

At the same party, across the room from Gautam Singhania, Mandira Bedi was holding up traffic by stopping to pose for the many dozen photographers present.

"Tell her to move on, we're waiting," someone hollered from the other side of the door.

Of course Mandira couldn't have yelled back in response, because, as I've already told you some days ago, the actress has lost her voice.

We met her by the bar later in the evening, sipping on something warm and with characteristic humour she said, "I'm considering carrying around a hipflask these days!"

Don't be shocked. She means to stock up on cough syrup, not booze.
