i also think the major difference between sonu nigam and all established singers and arijit is that sonu nigam and others never had to participate in singing competitions where janta would vote for them even on basis of personality or looks sometimes (which indian janta is famous for doing 😡 ). so that makes a huge difference. ofcourse sonu nigam is just an amazing awesome singer, i'm just saying arijit has what it takes to become the next sonu nigam in some years and well he's only 18!!!!!!!

its an advantage 4 them 2 be given a platform like this irrespective of the public voting pattern

if it woudnt hv been 4 this competition they wud hv taken much MUCH longer to establish themselves... lets take ravinder and rahul saxena both at extreme ends of the scale(of singing ability) for example.

someone like rahul whos a very talented singer wud hv had to struggle 4 a while b4 getting a break.. and maybe even more b4 gettting fame/recognition.. how many of us know how Atif looks like(who sang woh lamhe woh baatein in zehar to give one eg)

and as far as someone like ravinder is concerned he wudn't hv had any realistic chance of making it.

i lik both..no comparison..arijit is g0od in hiz way and sonu nigam is g0od in hiz way thy both are g0od singers... 😃
