I'll try to answer this one with respect to liquour. The liquor is said to be "fully matured" when the process has run its course. "Maturity," then, is a relative measure, the degree to which the chemical changes have been completed, while "age" is a simple linear measure of the time the liquor has been in storage.
Similarly, in life one may have grown old, and not faced with the different experiences that make it. He will remain immature no matter how old he is. Its the life's experiences that make you mature. One may go thru these experiences while very young - in spite of his young age, he will be mature.

bt, mostly maturity comes with experinces, n depends on the envinment in which one has been born & brought up..

and, our experinces increase wth time & age...so this misconception tht maturity comes wth age...

even though this is true at times, bt ususally maturity has to do wth our personal exp. & wht we learn frm those exp. (gud or bad) 😃
