SRGMP - is like sabzi/roti
can eat it everyday, is nutritious, healthy, easily avaiable regularly - but sometimes boring.....
FG - is like McDonalds (in India)
Great packing, pricey, tasty, exciting to the young.... basically well packaged junk...... but addictive....
Which is why, FG will be watchable only for 2-3 seasons -before it loses its charm..... it will need constant changes and promotions to keep attracting audience....
SRGMP v/s FG
From the point of view of TRP and sponsorship...... you need to understand that if Zee/SRGMP - does not improvise or modify...... it will not be able to attract/retain its TRP/Ad revenue...... Also - the revenue from the VOTE-IN is so huge - that its either bend or break......
Like I keep saying....... change is a way of life.... the only constant...... Voting/audience participation is the new Marketing Mantra.... its here to stay.... Why even the news channel/ KBC use it to an extent......
