well actually i think srk's stronghold is the overseas audience - people do like him in india too but abroad the popularity compared to other stars is much higher (i still can't comprehend as to why???) if a similar comaparison is done w.r.t india.

for qazi it is just the start, he has not even started his career yet - it has been proven the public loves him in india atleast from the voting as opposed to the start that srk got (people barely knew him). so if qazi handles this sudden fame good enough and relly prooves worthy of it he might surpass srk (after as many years as srk has spent in the industry - read the last para). there are chances of over-exposure also as now tv and satellite media is stronger than when srk came in, that might work against qazi.

but my view is that the comparison is totally irrelevant as one is in the industry for like almost 2 decades while other's age is just 20 - see the difference. even the time and the situations are vastly different.

guys qazi is very witty and clever.already he knows how to handle the media and diplomacy.dont forget the charmer can even sing while SRK and Big B cant.So give him time.Qazi ekdum hulchul machaega.

what opportunity u guys are talking about...isn't FJ the biggest opportunity Qazi got. If SRK would have got something like this it wouldnt have taken him this long to build his fan list. He got his fans without any opportunity. Here media has lifted Qazi to the height where SRK reached without anyone behind him. So there is no comparison between these 2.

its the same case with SRK and Big B. Things can easier as time passed. Big B reached that point in 40 yrs of struggle and hard work, which took SRK 20 yrs, and now Qazi is just handed out that fame by media and public without that kind of hardwork. He has long way to prove to be legend like Big B and SRK.
