Thank you!😃 Appreciate your open-mindedness, Subhan786!👏

She did look beautiful. Though slightly masculine and the blouse was over padded.😕 But she was alright.😊

I am not her fan, and yes, she does scream and screech instead of hosting eloquently.😕

But I am a real sucker for Manish Malhotra's designs!🤗

Well well well I see a mention of Mandira, Ruprekha, Aishwarya, Mallika, Preity, Esha, Rimi... over what??? Some crappy outfit Mandira might have worn..(might have - as I have not seen it yet)

People ara comparing Mandira with Movie roles - The difference is quite obvious - the movies they are playing roles, but in hosting a show - she is not playing any role, she is a host and is supposed to be deccent. What was the need of noodle straps in Cricket Coverage one must say? No excuse that director says and they have to do that - If it is not required and does not suit the need of the time/show you are hosting, you can avoide it.

And the comparison of RR and Aishwarya was totally irrelevanat as both were two different entities in different media and roles - Aishwarya was not performing in a nationwide telecasted talent/reality show. She was playing the role of a bar dancer - if you don't like it than good, just forward it or walk out of the theatre untill the song is over, why see it? Ruprekha was performing as a singer/performer and not playing the role of a bar dancer. If she was playing a movie role like that, to some extent she might have to open up.

Coming back to Mandira - not seen her dress, but her dressing sense needs a makeover big time. Throughout the show it was very rare she dressed tastefully, and she might have been provided with many choices at that. Not talking about indeccent/deccent dressing, but she has to dress for the ocassion and she can argue for the dress and no director/producer will throw the hostess out just for one skimpy outfit and one last episode... period.

Me and my 2 cents worth of reasons why I should stop wasting my time defending Mandy:

1) Double standards, inevitable.

2) Lack of experience & exposure in media industry = lack of acceptance and understanding of media folks.

From my personal experience (fine, not in India, though...), there are many egoistic characters driving and thriving in the media industry (again, fine, not sure about Indian media industry...) who will not take NO for an answer from an artiste (unless a big and influential star), not even once.

Not sure if this is there in India. But elsewhere, ever wondered why there are skimply clad women promoting cars, condos, credit cards and what not in advertisments and road shows? Because sexy women attract attention and increase viewership.

But ermmm... no idea about cricket matches. Don't even know what the game is about. Never seen one. 😕

cricket matches, she was brought in during the world cup, the noodle strap avtaar of mandira i think originated from there (or thats the earliest she was recognized like that). If you see her initial movies/serials she was this conventional girl not exposing anythin, but again that was the demand of the role, but suddenly she is trying to get glamorized and I personally feel she is over - doing it a bit.

abt getting public attention, i guess in the final episode it was not needed as there won't be any episodes after this one (if this is a movie, ok people will come back to see it, but an episode.. welll if its gone then its gone). so it is kinda a mistake on both's part - her as well as whosoever made her wear that dress.

Hey you all typical Indian man ....

I am pretty amazed at the way Mandira has maintained her figure after almost 15+ years of show biz.....

She look dead gorgeous and I would always recommend Manish Malhotra outfits for the most important final episode of FG .....

All these other designers are aira ghairas and sony unlike Zee knows how to market the best stuff for all episodes and left the best Indian designer dress for the final episode.

I was really amazed at her abs at this age ... Way to Mandy ..... I am pretty sure those who have written against Mandy are those are used to seeing FAT SLOP women and who would be eagerly seeing the giggling flesh .....

IF YOU HAVE A BODY TO SHOW .... PLS DO ....

Same applies with Salman ... we cannot accept Rishi Kaporr or Shammi Kapoor to show their FAT 100Kg stomach.....

I was fan of Mandy .. and now I am even more ....

Hey then how about the Crocodile Mouth Sohie who comes on MTV .. with almost low but blouses .... I did not see any topic on that ....

"Me and YOur 2 Cents" .. keep this 2 cents with you .... you might need it ......

if you want to talk personal.. pm me.. no need to start here...

and if u don't like my views, then fine get over it... as anyways i was talking w.r.t. to the topic - showing body or not showing body is not the question here. i was talking abt why are people comparing irrelevant things. first redad the post and then comment - and for ur information personal comments on this form ar "NOTALLOWED"....

and yes - if u want to look at bodies, then u definitely know where to look for it, why bother switching on ur t.v. - and even on t.v. why swith to a talent show, i believe there are a bunch of other channels/shows to cater to your needs and desires.

if you read my comments, i did not say that she was indeccent or whatever as i have not seen the pic yet, just that she is supposed to be deccent and thats it, just that certain situations demand certain kind of dressing... and thats it - hypocrissy is applauding your favorite for exposing and calling names to others for doing the same.

I have not seen her prior to this show and frankly, I barely know anything about her.😕 I am new to Bollywood movies and Indian shows.😊

So I don't know what she was like during her initial foray into the entertainment line. But now either she is aspiring to be the sex goddess of reality shows or she is trying to salvage her flagging entertainment career or something. Just a guess.😛
