Um i have a question:
how can u have exit polls for telephonic and sms voting????
I thought the methodology of exit polls involves asking people who they voted for after they come out of polling booths...now how can any survey be conducted when u have no means of identifying the ppl who have voted???

Supriyaji........ When people walk out of a voting booth...... after they finish voting......are asked who they voted for....is called an exit poll.....the poll taken as they exit the polling booth....physically.....

But here, most people would be vvoting from home/office/on their mobiles...... where do you get the actual exit point.....or point where they have voted????

What you mean is that majority of the people....when asked who you voted for answered Qazi/RR..... also where did you get hold of these people?????? It must be random.....so you don't really know whether he really voted or not......

In an exit poll....since people are actually walking OUT after really voting (with the black stain on their fingers)...... there is no doubt that 100% of the people polled are voters....and accuracy is usually high..... since only a few usually lie.....

this poll was conducted by Aaj Taak, infact yesterday night at 21.30 hours india time, they should this special programme and i saw it there.

hey i saw aajtak yesterday at 9.30 pm n yeh they had sum sorta poll abt whom do u wanna c as FJ....but they said they will b showin da results on thursday nite

exit polls were conducted by aaj tak, news channel, and i do not think it is necessary to have polling booths, to get the opinion of the public,

then its an opinion poll, not an exit poll. they r 2 v diff things.
