whoever has written that in the US, the constitution allows racist comments or abusive comments against ethnicity and race is either plain ignorant !!! or just desperate poor souls!!!

no constitutio allows that. freedom of speech does not mean abusive racist and ethnic remarks. its these people who cannot transcend as humanbeings above religion, who in the name of freedom of speech exhibit their inner frustrations, fear, helplessness, and inner complexes, insecurities this way.

just ignore them!!!!!!

Yo! I live in the U.S. also and the first amendment clearly states that we do have freedom of speech, you're right about that, but a person shouldn't take advantage of it by making fun of someone because of who or what they are. MeraNaam is doing just that, here on IF he has a right to express his opinion but only to a limit. I have read one of his post and thought it was rather offensive and inappropriate. I mean after reading that he makes fun of poeple because of their religion, starts rumors, and just how he says rude remarks about people, I seriously think he should be banned. MeraNaam has a right to express his opinions or feelings about anything here, but as long as he doesn't abuse that right, by hurting people's feelings. Ok I don't feel like typing anymore. I hope you guys understood what I said!

its got more to do with this forum than the country.

just my honest opinion and 1 hv a right 2 it 2.. even though i am not in the us 😉😆

i do agree with no moderation as a general rule though except in some rare cases
