Very well written Adis, very true as well as very enjoyable.

You clearly defined the difference between an Arpita and a Ruprekha/Qazi.

This should be read by any and all who wish to put their best foot forwards in the industry of performing arts.

You are a very good writer and encourager. Anyone should not take it against Arpita. There is nothing against anyone. It is general game of competition. We also start saying bad about others unintentionally. So those were good words
