Please don't justify Arpita's behaviour..

I just came accross a topic which tries to justify why Arpita is not bad.....

Very well put.....it seems logical.....but there is an inherent flaw.....You still can't deny the fact that Arpita is unpopular.....

It is not always possible to have any solid reason why you like/dislike somebody......usuually such a question will get you vague answers.....

You know there are many villians in the film industry - who came in as heroes - but people found them more suitable for the role of villians......why??????

Its called magnetic field, aura.....whatever.....Arpita evokes very negative feelings in most people.....also her beahviour will justify your dislike of her.....frankness and honesty are great qualities.....but not GOOD in ARPITA......its like giving power in the hands of a wrong person.....

She is ruthless and cold hearted....without any doubt....I frankly believe that all this talk of FRANK, HONEST, OUTSPOKEN, FOCUSED, PROFESSIONAL...etc.....are just words she spouts - to create an image......it is repeated so often......that some people start beleiving it......but it is NOT true.....

Has any of her behaviour ever proved that she is any of these qualities?????? She is always crying, she has no kind feelings for Ruprekha who has saved her twice, she is always whining, even her singing is not up to mark, most people find her beautiful only skin deep, otherwise her nature is very ugly......

We are taught from childhood, to be NICE and POLITE and CONSIDER others feelings......while not sacrificing truth and honesty......she is rude, arrogant, ill-concerned of others feelings, bitchy, cranky, weak, easily finds faults with others, unable to take any negative comments/behaviour towards herself.......

People are seeing Arpita on a daily basis, and if millions of unconnested people are feeling the SAME dislike for her collectively......it stands to reason that there must be something......

Incase of the transcript, I believe that the chat featured all 4 students......there was not a single positive comment/question for Arpita- while those for the others were good natured......question again is why??????

And I hope that this topic will not be edited, as there is nothing offensive - just a response to another post.....

and she says she says things without hurting others' feelings. 😆

Dikha, see.....you were very polite while refuting my point.....while at the same you come accross as very objective.....You would seem to be a nice person....even though I don't know you personally...

That is a quality Arpita lacks....that is my point....

actually i came across an "objective" comment from one of the arpita fans in atleast 2 threads )and boy was that a long post..phew...). i think u r referring to that. i replied to that one saying that if u r a fan it is understandable that u like everything abt her though his/her view is not an objective one, but if the show is unscripted then she is bringing the negativity to herself and no one can help or complain abt that.

they are free to tell their opinion that arpita is confident, honest, frank but not claim that she is CONFIDENT, HONEST, FRANK as - one that a fan's opinion is not always objective and un-biased and two may be if all that is shown on the show is true then it is quite obvious for an unbiased person to say that she is as honest/frank as qazi is surila/singer or she is as secure/confident as rr is dancer/political. that again is my opinion but i am nto a fan of anyone in particular on this show neither do i care a hoot if they make even guddi maruti and mr. tejwani the fame jodi - i am not emotional abt this show as it is just another show.

In order to get ahead and prevent getting trod on in this dog-eat dog world, I guess one has to develop a tough attitude and do what it takes to get ahead.

None of us will be sweet and nice in the face of competiton that is taking 4 months of my life and offers an opportunity of a lifetime.

Now if people think that type of singleminded focus is arrogance I think its a matter of perspective. Thats what I see happen wth her and others....

Personally I can't stand her attitude, but respect her gumption.....
