In Airport May b Writer/CV gave a hint 1st both met then when they started to walk towards each other then suddenly Trolley & After that Anjali was Same possition &It was Akash Who Come forward to Meet..

The trolley definitely had a deeper meaning i.e there will be obstacles before they can meet.

Like others have said, the love story is a sub-plot but I would say it's the most significant sub-plot of the lot because the emphasis on Akaash-Anjali scenes is more than any other duo scenes and they were both introduced simultaneously in the first episode.

Whatever the case, I love absolutely everything about this show!
