Found this interview..just had to share!

Wow, shooting was definitely tough. They mentioned not bathing for a month, their difficulties while shooting, trekking for days, the compliments they received etc.

I am just wondering, though, if they actually did trek for days, why wasn't it shown in the show? The show only showed brief scenes of them trekking. Wish we saw a little more of the trek before they reached the base camp.

thanks for sharing.. I too want elaborate shots of trekking when they put lots of effort in executing this show..hopefully they won't disappoint viewers in editing or shortcutting scenes..

Did you read the new spoiler? Seems like they're not going to summit EVEREST so soon.

Sumitting Everest it's a final take.. Yes I too read new spoiler very interesting.. It's not going to easy task in sumitting mission.. Weather a huge hurdle.. Before that Jagats wedding plan for Anjali.. It's getting complicated now..

I totally agree with you, @topic maker!

The best part about any mountaineering journey is it's trekking. The beautiful scenery, the tiredness, the hunger/thirst, and to top it all, the fun! They should more of those scenes in the show.

30 days without bath!! The cast and crew has really worked hard on this. The best part is that the shoot is over so no changes in the script as per the viewers demand. The makers will be able to tell their story as they want without giving into the pressure .

Roongta really seems to have a very dark mission as even Arjun doesnt know the real reason for this expedition. Everest keeps getting interesting, thrilling and mysterious.👏
