I just watched episode and I can't, I can't. it was just so perfect. The song, the bgm, the actions, VishAna. Everything was just so perfect and amazing. Baldev's eyes and expressions were so intense that I actually found myself blushing along with Veera.
Veera was so cute and shy and overwhelmed and it struck me in the scene that we've never seen her look so like that before in her life. That this is a side of her that only Baldev can bring out and only he has seen. The scenes were cute and hot and love filled at the same time which imo must be very hard to do but they accomplished it perfectly.
It all perfectly lead up to the big moment first with the scenes at the start and then the memories of the last time they were in the hut and then the love filled song and Baldev trying to kiss Veera and her getting overwhelmed but then falling straight back into his arms (literally!) And tbh when that song ended after the break I actually thought that it might ruin the scene because you're sort of popping out of the intensity the song put you in but actually they made it work and it all got better and the bgm was great and the scene was even more intense.
And Baldev opening Veera's hair and caressing it was perfect and his eyes, his eyes and the way he was touching her hair. Then the way he pulled her hair back and then kissed her shoulder. I guess some would say it was just a kiss on the shoulder but the way he did it and their expressions made it so much more. Everything was great and so filled with love. It wasn't vulgar or tacky or overdone at all. It felt uniquely theirs if you get what I mean.
I also surprisingly liked the moment against the wall where Veera got shy (Digangana's expressions of shyness and overwhelming feeling of love in that moment were perfect and not ott at all in fact throughout all the scenes I felt her shyness was very well done) and she went to the window and walked backwards because of the weather I'm guessing and Baldev caught her and had his arms wrapped around her tightly and had a sort of "I've got you" expression on his face and Veera sort of just settled in his embrace like she was finally home.
I actually liked Veera's shyness and overwhelmed expressions and her trying to move away which is surprising for me because I normally don't like that sort of thing in serials where the female moves away in shyness and the guy stops her but VeeBa made it work so well and made it kind of their own because of Digangana's expressions that made it feel very real and not fake or put on at all like a lot of serials do and Vishal's intensity made you understand and feel her shyness at that moment. Heck he even made me shy and blush as I looked at Baldev's intense eyes watching her like she's his whole world. If that was my state then no wonder Veera was feeling shy and overwhelmed when she was the recipient of those intense, love filled looks.
It was just perfect and Baldev's eyes said everything they needed to say in those scenes. He was looking at Veera like she's most beautiful thing he's ever laid eyes on and he seemed like he was finding her shyness and overwhelmed feelings cute and could understand them because he felt that way too. He just looked just so in love with her infact they both did. He literally looked at her like she's everything he's ever wanted. Like she's his life.
I'm so glad that those scenes once the song started didn't have dialogue at all because words weren't needed and the scene was way better without it. Actions speak better than words anyway.
VishAna and everyone who had a part in creating that, take a bow because that was perfect. I literally got so much more than I was ever expecting or could have wanted. It was just perfect. VeeBa's love literally shone through in those scenes. It was in their eyes, in their expressions, in their actions.
I liked the other scenes too but the consumation scene was the highlight and was really good and wordlessly said everything that it needed to say and I've got to say I loved the small scene where VeeBa walked into the B3 house arm in arm and laughing. It was just so free and amazing.
One thing that comes to my mind after today's scenes is "ankiyon se hoti hai baate" indeed.
