She easily believed that Baldev beat up her Veerji. Now I know she thought that Baldev can go to any length to achieve his sarpanch dream, but it still seemed too far-fetched for me that she would so quickly assume that he would beat up his own jeejaji. She did not even regret saying this later (I mostly blame the CVs for this).

I know that they weren't a couple then but she knew this guy since she was a kid so how could she make such an assumption? Especially after how he supported her after she found out about her birth secret, when they were still enemies. Logically speaking, in her head he should have taken sadistic pleasure from her pain, but she saw that he didn't but still she judged him after R getting beaten up.
