Veera should never be allowed to ask and if she does then Baldev should go on a mad one because how dare she think that he's someone really close to her that she can confide in or freely ask for help anytime she needs it and vice versa.

Love and relationships isn't about that or about trust or understanding or communication but it's about yelling and getting angry and keeping your ego intact.
