Guys, please can we keep the forum free of personal differences and learn to agree to disagree...The forum is to discuss the show and not get personally involved in the story...You are free to express your opinion and disappointment on a certain track but please keep it healthy...we do not like issuing warning on every other thread and make the forum suffocating but you guys leave us no choice. What a post, Mohini? 😆 actually if I had not known how sarcastic you people can get, I would've believed this post! But since I've been around much enough to grasp the mindset of VeeBa fans, I can see how and why this post has come out! 😆

Coming to the allegations you've made on Veera for treating Baldv like a servant(I do know you don't meant it exactly!) I completely disagree with anybody who say so! Veera is a very thoughtful, independent, daring and an altogether not so typical doormat serial heroine. She has been so full of life right from her childhood and had the courage to go against what she felt wrong. That's how her enmity with Ballu and Bansuri too! As she grew she did treated Baldev like a fool during the Baldev's marriage obsession. But once she got to know the tender side of him right after Ratan's advice, she completely changed her approaching manner with Ballu. And their initial friendship their Poland trip were complete treat. After her love realisation and confession she never misused his love for her. Asking him to help her or lending his help in poly house construction it's actually good for Ballu, Since he's been walking aimless so far, but Veera has shown him a goal towards responsibilities! I'd say this is a character development for him. Buying tickets is no big issue, it's a very normal help a bf or husband can do to his gf or spouse.
If that is called licking feet, then it's not condemnable!

I like Veera's character very much coz she is not a boring mahaan but a regular kind hearted gal who but with a no nonsense attitude! She is very true to Baldev's love! Only thing that is lacking in her love is the priority! She would anytime prefer her veerji and family over Baldev, otherwise I can't find any fault in her! And she's worthy of Baldev's true love, IMO!

As much as I adore Baldev's character, Veera too is adorable. She is perhaps the only non-mahaan SP female lead. That alone raises her stature in my opinion.
