Exactly..Veera has spoken English in front of Baldev so many times prior to this..It never really mattered to him..For the first time, he probably feels insulted cos now they are in a relationship..It was bound to happen tbh..Veera probably doesn't care about his educational qualifications & its all in Baldev's head but am happy they are dealing with this..Its a situation where neither of them are at fault..Veera must have done something casually like she usually does & Baldev probably misinterpreted that & felt insulted..I hope we get a scene where Veera sits him down & drills it in his head that his education qualifications ( or lack of) don matter to her & she fell for him for the kinda guy he is 😳 And of course his gorgeous eyes 😆😆

These writers are totally incapable of addressing such relationship issues so I wouldn't dare to hope for such a scenario😆 But it would be interesting to see something like this.
I'm hoping against hope that they do not hug and kiss before they have a heart-to-heart talk. Otherwise there would be no difference between RanJan and VeeBa 😵😆
