Both the cases are possible!
And yes they both do care a lot for each other but bcoz of the circumstances, the fights & hatred at present has hid that concern and care!
They both are hating each other only at the concious level...subconciously those feelings are still alive!
Thats why something very big has to happen for those feelings become obvious!
