Jagraata Express #15: The matured side of Baldeva!

Apologies for the delay. I kept hoping till the last minute that somebody would write this on my behalf. 😆

Very nice episode, majorly because we got to see the best side of Baldev: that of a caring, sensitive and matured human being.

👏 worthy moments of the day
1.GunDev scenes: Did CVs actually listen to us and gave us a GunDev confrontation scene? 😲 Hallelujah! I'm so proud of Baldev for actually patiently listening to Gunjan instead of getting hyper excited. The boy needs a rude awakening to make him come out of his delusions, otherwise we know he is a gem of a guy 😃
He clearly understood that Gunjan isn't willing to share her problems with him, and so he didn't pressurise her. Proud of you Baldeva!
The second GunDev scene was adorable too. I totally love that both the sibilings love to day-dream😆. I am sure Baldev would had found out the problem had Bansuri not interrupted. That reminds me, I'm glad he didn't tell Bansuri about his suspiscions. The guy was on a roll today 😎
2.RanDev scene: I never thought I would love a without tashan wala RanDev scene so much. Baldev continues to find out the reason behind his sister's worries and patiently asks Ranvi. Didn't you love it when he told Ranvi to take Gunjan back and sort out the problem amongst themselves? Ofcourse, he almost let his love for Veera slip out of his tongue in the process 😆

3. Ratan-Veera scene: I did appreciate Veera for actually warning Ratan because tbh, we all know Gunjan has changed for good. Yes she deserves an earful from Ratan, but at the same time, she deserves a chance because at this moment, both RanJan are in love withh each other.

The 🤔 moments of the day

1.Ratan-RanVeera scene: I still didn't understand the need of the Kanha play. RanVeera could have straightforward ask Ratan for forgiveness no? Reverse psychology karne ka kya matlab? 😕 The stupid skit totally ruined the scene for me.

So glad to see Veera's words affecting Baldev. It was a treat to see his serious, matured side As many people mentioned here, I liked how he was sensible yet not preachy. He didn't even lose his calm, it shows how he's beginning to understand the depth and seriousness of relationships. Obviously this doesn't mean that his humorous side will ever go away, it's just that he will be more understanding and sensible. Btw Baldeva keenly observing Gunjan at the end was so cute. Loved what he said about calling the one we love when we're in pain. It somewhere shows that he does understand what love is. His approach just needs to be serious.

I loved RanJan's scene too. It was really sweet. I am a fan of such kinda painful moments by the way. ShiNaz were perfect in that shot and for the first time I did not find them OTT at all. 😃

I also enjoyed the small play of Kanha by RanVeera. I could not stop smiling. Since Ratan was not listening to them directly, they chose this way I guess. And the return of the title track after ages... Felt so good 😳

Lastly, hoping that this remarriage drama does not get dragged to mandap but end soon by this week itself. Overall a great episode.

Baldev's almost slip-up when he was talking to Ranvi! Oh, what fun it will be if Ranvi becomes an obstacle in the Veeba lovestory!

I loved his slip up too. What surprised me that inspite of the slip-up there was no comic tune played 😲. Baldev was very very serious today.
And I'm not sure if Ranvi will be an obstacle in VeeBa LS. He seems to like his saala these days. Besides, saala is proving himself capable too. 😛

I really hope he does! (Become an obstacle i.e.) I want Ranvi to turn overprotective big brother or overprotective anokhi maa/mother dragon or whatever when it comes to Veera, and make Baldev jump through hoops for his acceptance for a Veeba marriage. So much potential for drama and fun. (Gunjan can turn Veeba-shipper and help Baldev win over his Jeeja.)
