Definitely not upset, more so confused but in the end it seemed she got him thinking which was a positive sign.

Just a bit of seriousness in him and Veera will go all flat on him, trust me 😉 At the age where she is right now, if a guy she knows since childhood, who has been with her in her pain, approaches her sincerely fr marriage, after some refusals, she will be bound to think about him. Typically its shown in other serials, girls are never shown being attracted to a guy but glad that here things are different.
