Veera felt a warmth seep in through her entire being,as she felt the familiar arms encircle her waist..

But she did not want to open her eyes just then..

"Veera?Ki hua tainu?!Tu thik to hai naa?!

[Veera?What happened to you?!Are you alright?!]"

A small sigh escaped her lips as she hears the familiar male voice..She had not known how much she had missed hearing this very voice calling her name so beautifully..

Sexily VEERA!!!A voice laughed at her from the back of her mind.

He pulled her up a bit,his arms still locked round her waist,as he patted her cheeks softly.

"Veera?!"

Veera could clearly hear the worry in his voice,and her heart seemed to do a somersault at that revelation.

"Veera,tu..?!"

He had brought his mouth so close to hers,that instantly Veera opened her eyes,as a thrill of electricity passed through her body.

Breathing heavily she stared into his dark chocolate brown eyes,and felt her heart thud like insane..The way it had started doing recently everytime he came a bit close to her..

She parted her lips to inhale a shaky breath,and watched his deep eyes darken further,as he looked down at her parted soft pink lips and then back into her eyes again.

Veera gulped dpwn a knot of unknown emotion that suddenly rose in her throat.

Why did this guy always have such a strange effect on her?!

Her heart beat became faster as he pulled her closer to his body.

"Thik hai tu..?

[You are alright..?]"Did his voice become huskier or was she imagining it all..

Numbly she nodded her head..

And then the next instant she realised she was being set free from his embrace..!And suddenly Veera did not want that to happen..!

"AAAHHH!!!"She yelled out suddenly startling him,and forcing him to keep his hold on her..

"Ki hua?!Tainu dard ho rahi hai?!

[What happened?!You are hurt?!]"

Veera crossed her fingers behind her back,and nodded in agreement.

"Payer mei..Shayaad mocha a gayi hai..

[My foot..Maybe I have sprained my ankle..]"She lied,holding onto him tighter,and loving the feel of his hard body against her hands.

Baldev looked down quickly to check her leg..

She was standing on her left foot,and her right foot was slightly raised as if in pain..

"Iss payer mei..?

[On this leg..?]"He asked with concern,about to check her left leg..

Veera nodded in agreement with a secret smile..

"Haan..Meri baya payer mei..

[Yes..In my left foot..]"

Veera did not notice Baldeb turn rigid at her words.

He slowly stood up..

When Veera looked into his eyes,he was mesmerised yet again,but did not notice the slight anger in them.

"Aab to tu chal bhi nai sakti..Tainu to godi mei uthana padhega..

[Now you can't even walk..You should be carried in arms..]"

Veera blushed slightly,but nidded in agreement,making a face in the process..

"Tu ruk!

[Wait!]"He suddenly looked behind her shoulder and indicated someone to come..

Veera was about to turn in confusion when suddenly she felt herself being picked up by Baldev,and then the next instant,before she could rejoice,she was dropped into someone else's arms.

"Le Ranvi!Teri behen nu sambhal!Moch ayi hai usse!

[Here Ranvi!Take care of your sister!She has sprained her ankle!]"

With these parting words he left a stunned Veera in the arms of a confused Ranvi,who got even more confused when his injured sister got down from his arms,and started running away..

Veera did not see a trace of Baldev the entire day,except in the evening..

She saw him driving away with a girl by his side..

Furious she asked his all time friends,about the girl.

And to her utter irritation she was informed she was the daughter of Bansuri taiji's friend..

Furious and angry Veera strode in her room that night,wondering how to talk to Baldev..

Suddenly she had a plan..

Baldev woke up by the sound of rustling sound..

Frowning he got up and was peeping out the window,when a slight figure jumped in through it,and fell right on top of him.

He cursed loudly in surprise,when suddenly a familiar warmth started seeping through his body..

His heart started beating fast..

With closed eyes,he felt the slight figure on top of him,lie unmovingly,while his subconscious warned him and his body made him well aware of who the intruder was..
