i dont know if you guys have paid attention or not but isn't veera and baldev suppose to be bro and sis cause baldev's dad is veera's tau jee and in punjabi's your not suppose to marry a guy from same village and with same last name well after all its just a show and show are out of space unexpected happens all the time thats my view i dont know whats going on in everyone's mind but as a punjabi i know you cant because back home in my village its still not allowed and i have seen someone killing their daughter who did it...

Baldev & Veera are not related to each other by blood.
I know in the villages of Punjab two people of the same pind are not allowed to marry each other.
Im a Bihari & the same is the case in the villages of my state too.
But I guess they could touch this topic as this is a sensitive social issue since it leads to so many cases of honour killing.
Or they can simply overlook this issue also.
Dont know what the CVs have planned.
But whatever it is...its going to be interesting to see how BalVeera's story unfolds.
I hope they dont show any clinched track.

u can marrry poeple in the same villlage and having same surname ...as mostly girls have kaur as surname and boys have singh so there is not much change

Jas I don't think your punjabi you don't even know what Singh or kaur means for 98percent punjabis kaur and Singh is their middle name Jo bar punjabi Sikh ko vitas at mein miltA ha Woh last name nahi Hoya for example my full name is kirandeep kaur gill... Here gill is last name mostly punjabis who's been living in one pond for long time their Chaho Tao dada Dadi me Bahi nuke bache all living in same village most of them make a village papolation I don't think you have lived in a pind buddy for girls born in Sikh famil kaur and for boys Singh as middle name is must Woh ba sl*g ha Sikh these days are not all with pagri... But Singh air kaur is not our last names they are middle names gill grewal sidhu etc are last names just like bani ishq da kalma they show gill family baki I don't think anyone really is getting the point here but sorry I'm just trying to tell you right thing because we are watching punjabi based family show
