ratan is really so contradicting...

for 6 years she did not love and be affectionate to veera since she was the reason for her family break.. even though she was a baby and most innocent soul..every1 including ranvi tried to make her understand.. but now she jumped and forgave nihal who was the reason for sampoorans demise.. it took almost no time for her to realise that he was innocent and had no mistake of his??

Ratan didn't blame veera for sampooran leaving or her home breaking,veera was a constant reminder of her husbands betrayal & that she couldn't accept.
She couldn't love the result of her husbands infedility
but here the case is different.nihal is a grown man who has been nothing but honourable at all times.and he is taking responsibility for his actions,which in any case was an accident.if she can forgive her husbands intentional mistake,why not have the heart to forgive someone's unintentional mistake?
I think she's right to forgive him..just my thoughts :)

You are absolutely right. Ratan was not able to manage two grown up children and the farm household etc., With Nihal becoming part of the family and gave a lot of relief. As a family member's mistake Ratan could forgive Nihal after the intial outburst, which is quite natural. But Veera's case is different. verra reminds her of her husbands cowardliness.

The thing is she was all ready too accept veera if sampy returned :-/ *that* massive sigh!
ab now that she knew he was gonna return, will she accept her???

@ her forgiving nihal.. its a nice surprise from her, since she's usually jumping to conclusions n over reacting too soon. sadly her son has taken her place now.
