@ TM and RamonaG... Thnx 4 clarifying my doubt abt chaiji.

I m disappointed with Ratan for not fighting for Ranveera but I still have hopes that soon she will. I really want her to file custody case for Veera...As Veera has full rights on Sampooran's property and her step bro has full right over her.

Ratan never consider Veera as daughter so it will make their case weaker.. but things which Ratan did for her and Ranvi n chaiji are doing will also been taken into account. And most of all Veera feels tht Ratan loves her so she will be in her favor.

And about Panchayat.. I m nt able to understand tht y they dint consider Nana-nani's age while taking decision.. y Chaiji/Ratan dint question Panchayat tht what will happen to Veera after Nana Nani...

Nice post👍🏼 Just like its ur first post, its my first comment on this forum😆 So yeah,i agree with u totally..I LOVED how ranvi said "veera pe inka haq kabse ho gaya" SO TRUE..It was him who gave her everything which she probably had wished for,it was him who nurtured her,it was him who protected and loved her unconditionally and that too beyond any limit..Shes more like his kid..How can sarpanch even think of seperating these two?I wont talk about her grandparents, coz their first impression was enough for me to dislike them..But whats irking me the most is ratan's reaction, honestly i am sick of this "nyay nyay nyay" jaap, kaha ki nyay baba?😳 Snatching away a sister from his brother is "nyay"??😳 That too when the love and bond is so deep and pure..They are INSEPERABLE man..And like u said, ranvi has more rights if we are actually talking abt being fair "nyay"..He does share a blood relation with her..I hope cvs look into this matter..

Nice post and I agree Completely...lately I have been having problem with Ratan's silent treatment of Veera...maybe this track is introduced so that Ratan realises nothing is more important than Ranvi and Veera to her not even her kasam. Seriously her behaviour is so hard to digest for me so maybe this track will change all that and Veera will get the love she deserves from Ratan

@Mishti- Exactly!!!! Even if hopes are less, at least, she can fight for Ranveera. She could hv fought the court case too. I hated her readily accepting Panchayat's decision and not trying from her side. I hated her talks abt her dearest hubby's nyay annay talks even more. :/

@Nabz- so true!!! How the hell could they be so blind and not see that Ranveera are the ones facing more injustice than anyone else, esp Ranvi. That kid sacrificed his studies and childhood for his sister, doesn't it even matter to anyone?!! Like seriously wth this is :/

@Ayesha- I watch the show for Ranveera and hardly care about Ratan. She annoys me too. She forgave her two timing hubby but doesn't even talk to Veera. I am not asking her to be all lovey dovey but daily life ki zaroori baatein woh karne mein kya tax katta hai?!!! Veera is such an epitome of innocence, how cud she behave like that? Earlier I did understand her, but she wud at least talk to Veera but now :@ Upar se now she's being so casual about her, not even fighting for her son's happiness. Wth!

Nice post. but there has to be some drama like this to get TRP. How long they will show child's pranks? Bhavesh and harshita rocks. we have to also enjoy the acting talents of these kids. If nana - nani stays back at pitambura, may be Ratan will also get real motherly feelings for Veera. May be the outcome of this track is to bring Ratan close to Veera. Seeing the real bnd in the family, may be Nana - nani would go back after staying a couple of mo nths. I think CVs are bringing new ideas. We should see and enjoy the track without any emotional attachments. See how these actors are on the sets, without the trace of their characters they are enjoing acting . We , the viewers also should simply enjoy the show.

I agree on many points you have made. However, legally Ranvi cannot claim Veera, coz he is a minor. Yes he is her blood relative. But siblings don't have legal rights to keep another sibling with them, IF they are a minor. If Ranvi was 18, he could have fought for custody, sighting that he practically bought up Veera himself.

There will be many in the town besides his family who would have given witness to this fact! But given the current circumstances, given the fact that the child's biological father (Sampooran) is no more, the next claim comes on the parents of the biological parent, or even a sibling of the parent!

In this case, non exist. Sampooran's parents are dead and he has no siblings that can claim the child. The only person in the house with a biological connection to Veera is Ranvijay and he is a minor.

But I agree they should have gone to court and made a case to keep Veera. They could have highlighted the fact that Amrita's parents kicked her out when she went to them with her child. For 6 years they never looked for her or her child? They must be monsters? So how is it fair to give Veera to such people? They want to take Veera to assuage their guilt for turning their daughter away. Also, they were told by Bansuri that Ratan ill treats Veera. (That Bansuri really is the pits)!!

In MY opinion the grandparents don't deserve Veera at all!!

Hi...your answer is bang on!!!

Sadly Law isn't god...to decide who deserves what!!!

Nor does Law think about emotions!!!

Ranvi (as well as Veera) is young and so he/she can't decide what is right for them...moreover they are grown up blood relatives of Veera...

as for case link posted as reply there it was grown up man who brought up the kid right!!

Even if Ratan puts in a custody case...there is no hard proof or evidence that the grapndparents turned away Amrita...Cvs showed it to us...but what is evidence and they can easily say they were tracing their daughter or granddaughter...winning the cas would not have been easy...

I am not saying the grandparents are right...but just that only facts work in legal cases and not emotions...

and actually speaking...the best solution would have been Ratan legally adopting Veera...but she didn't do it!!!

probably this was needed for Ratan to realize the value of Veera...not because of Ranvi suffering but i am sure even she will miss Veera...

I don't want Veera to be back just because Ranvi will miss her or fall sick...in fact i want him to remain strong now...because if he wants Veera let him wait till becomes eighteen...

I want Ratan to want Veera back for her own sake and not for Ranvi sake and to overcome the indifference she has for Veera...though i perfectly understand Ratan for having it!!!
