Director Wasim Sabir quits Veera

Director Waseem Sabir bids adieu to Veera !!!

Any television show is an outcome of team effort and hence Star Plus's show Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera is no different. Be it the story, the screenplay, the dialogues, the direction or the acting, Veera has excelled in every department because of its talented and skilful team.

However, as per the latest buzz, Director Waseem Sabir who has been associated with the show since inception is finally bidding adieu. With Veera, director Waseem Sabir added yet another feather to his cap. His flawless direction and brilliant rapport with the team made every episode a visual treat. Patience is the mother of all virtues and Waseem Sabir mastered the art of patience when working with Bhavesh (Ranvijay) and Harshita (Veera).

When contacted, Waseem Sabir confirmed the news saying, "Yes I am quitting Veera and today is my last day of shoot. One has to move on, but I wish team Veera all the success in the days to come. I will miss Bhavesh, Harshita, Sneha, and Shaguftaji the most as we have been a family for almost a year now. I also had a wonderful experience working with Sudhanshu Pandey who has become a friend for life."

"My special thanks to Raghuvir Shekhawat and Purnendu ji for writing such a beautiful show and Yash A Patnaik for believing in me," says Mr. Sabir.

With Bade Acche Lagte Hain of Sony going in for a leap, we hope this change in the Direction team does not affect Veera adversely.

Oh i loved his direction. The way he created symbolisms in the show, the way he created contrasts, it was amazing! 😔 i hope whoever takes his place is as good if not better

This is sad news for Veera ... he is a fab director. As it is, the show has slowed down a lot.

oh!!! No!!!. Brilliant director. any idea why he quits? is he going to big screen?

It's sad but more effected than the fans will the the cast specially Harshita and Bhavesh. They were close a lot. Getting used to a new person isn't easy sometimes

Its a very big loss to the show, he left phir subah hogi and then the show went to dogs.

The buzz is that there was some major under current happening between him and the production team. Does anyone know him on personal front to get more clearer picture.

Seeing his chemistry with the kids i am sure the biggest loss would be to the child actors.
