I don't think a heart transplant I would prefer plastic surgery to that to be fair .. And I'm not sure what's going on but they are going to open his mystery soon can't wait to find out exactly who he is ..

I think Sampooran dies and Nihal came with his ashes because they showed that scene once but didn't say what was inside that pot
I even think he will marry Ratan in future

I always knew He is not Sampoorn Singh , after all this is not a Balaji show and this never shall be ...This is a realistic show ..I just love how they are showing the story with a touch of reality
