Just when I think I have figured out Ratan's feelings regarding Veera I am proven wrong.

When I saw the Promo of Ranvi making dupatta for Veera from his Kurta I knew that when Ratan learns of this she would be mad, but the reasons I came up for her anger were totally wrong. I understood her anger and the hidden hurt underneath all the anger today. It was a heart wrenching moment for her when she learned why Ranvi tore his Kurta, I am sure the pain of her child not trusting her to do the right thing, especially since has never given Ranvi reason to mistrust her, must have been unbearable for her so she had every right to be angry. And the most amazing thing was she had not only bought Veera the finest fabric dupatta, but she had every intention of making the dupatta even more pretty, but Ranvi ruined even that surprise for her in his love for Veera and to spare her hurt feelings.

Poor Ranvi, he tried to spare Veera but ended up hurting his mother in the worst way, even if his intention had not been to hurt his biji. And Veera is just as amazing, she tried to save Ranvi but at the same time she felt bad for Ratan too. Loved how she offered to sooth Ratan's hurt with balm.

Then came the heart warming moments that melted Ratan's heart a little and brought a smile to her face. She had every right to be mad at Ranvi and she tried her best to hold on to her anger, but she couldn't hold out when she saw that Ranvi truly felt bad. After all mother couldn't stay mad at her children for long, and her heart melted even more when she saw Veera copy Ranvi, even though she didn't know why Ranvi was holding his ears and sitting up and down. That was a proud moment for Ratan I am sure because her son has done right by Veera, and to see that Veera loves Ranvi just as much as he loves her. Veera further amazed her by saying please yell at veerji softly. This made me laugh, but the best part came when she smiled when she heard Veera whisper in Ranvi's ear that she would wear his dupatta only after promising Ratan that she would wear her Dupatta.

By the time they were ready to leave Ratan had forgotten the whole incident, but the kids totally melted her heart when they surprised her with the dupatta, she initially did not want to wear it but seeing the pleading eyes of her kids and Chiji's input she relented and put the dupatta. Then the kids our biji is the best left her speechless. This soothed the pain of the hurt caused by Ranvi unintentionally.

Ratan may not have voiced her acceptance of Veera, but in her own way she has accepted Veera, even if she sees Veera as Ranvi's Veera, Ek veer ki Veera as Chiji said to her in the past she has come to care for Veera great deal. Truly amazing woman and a mother.

But Ratan is not the only amazing mother in this amazing story. There is Chiji or Moti Chiji to the kids, the thread that holds all of them together. The bridge between the kids and Ratan. She loves all three unconditionally and does her best to be there for one and all. Really loved her today.

I really loved the whole episode, even the moments between Kartar and Gurpreet, but the above parts of the show, I loved the most.

I did not like the precap and Baldev.

Sorry for the long post, but I couldn't help myself.😊

awesome post Shilpa šŸ¤—
good u made one, was about to do the same but it wouldnt have been as well presented as this, so I'll add my take here :)
and thanks for the lovely caps, I've been on a Veera creations spree recently, will try something with the latest capsšŸ˜‰ ...

ok now the things I loved, besides all the bits you mentioned I like how they pay attention to the little things that make the show so real like how Ranvi hugged Ratan after waking up, that just took me back to my chilhood ...another moment I enjoyed was Ranvi stoping Ratan at the door, it was great to see how Ratan forgot all that happened earlier and they looked so happy as a family like the good old days when sampooran was around..

The best thing about this show is that they keep the audience engaged and never bore them with a monotonous mood...its a good blend of sorrow with fun, innocence and happiness to keep a healthy balance and not let the viewers ever ger bored of anything...

I loved how Veera joined Ranvi in doing sit ups and how she whispered in his ear that he neednt worry, she'll wear the dupatta he madešŸ˜†

The balm scene was again a fab scene, how innocently Veera asked chaiji and loved chaiji's reply too...

in plain words I LOVED the episode and though the kids were great, Ratan was the star of the showšŸ‘

Can't wait to listen to the new song for Ratan, great job Sneha and team VeerašŸ‘šŸ¼

Shilpa Amazing, Amazing post... its like u have said all i wanted to and more 😳

Truly i love this show for the small touches of reality they project amongst the characters and the situations. Life, however challenging, has its own sprinklers of gold and silver even when the whole barn may be pitch black! this is exactly what i saw in the epi yesterday. In their own way, the family is trying to sheild each other from the sorrows and stealing the moments to laugh and smile. They have accepted their fate... deep down still waiting for the man to return, they have all learned to live life without him and coming to terms.

Ranvi as he had promised his father long time ago is doing all she can to become the support for his mother and sister. The dupatta presenting scene in a way was very symbolic and expecially when Veera held it out for her!

Ratan is a woman of substance and i bow to her for the courage she depicts in all she does. Its difficult for her to truly embrace Veera but its gradually happening but it surely will take time for her to voice it out. With a heart of gold and a solid foundation, it's she who saved the house and its people lending her backbone to the family. I applaud her for the strength of her character.

She was hurt when she found out Ranvi tore his kurta for veera's dupata. Any mother would have been! She wanted to do something special for both her kids but the mistrust projected towards her was a whiplash to her wounded heart. Her reaction was only normal. And it soon melted away... a thing to mention, Veera proved a catalyst to ease her pains with her endearing manners, her love for her Veerji and also how she was trying to keep both her Biji and Veerji happy😳 Loved the way how she crawled from beneath the bed to stay with her Veerji at the time when she knew he was in trouble and then her sharing his punishment without even asking any rhyme or reason, gave a clear indication that just like Ranvi is always there to protect Veera, veera will always find ways to reach her Veerji in the time of distress. Oh how could a mother's heart not melt at an endearing bond like that?

Awesome episode... thanks CVs and a special thanks to Sneha for portraying Ratan to the T!

Oh... forgot to mention Chaiji... she's a darling grandmother... like the one who just loves to spoil her grandchildren but knows how to get them to realize right and wrong and defend them when caught by the parents šŸ˜›

Pappi and Jhappi for such marvelous episodes
