As far as show is concerned, I think it could have been really enjoyable and maybe garner TRPs if they weren't adamant on going for some unpleasant cliched tracks, I wonder where is the timeless epic love story they promised!

Poor Gayatri Devi...am sure she did not have to dance in her husband's durbar for one!

The creatives are simply churning out shit. Their story telling lacks integrity completely!

But yes, Gayatri is as much to blame for her plight or more to blame for her plight then anybody else in the context of this show...so no point blaming every other character but her for the mess!

Although, in my opinion, the villain of the piece is RM!

I don't think DD will have the chance to quit even if she wants to. The show is likely to go off air before that happens, if the rumours are true.

I agree that the actors have nothing to do with what they enact, only how they do it. And, DD has never raised her voice in her previous shows either. Any opposition has happened from the viewers...and why not? They are paying hefty sums as monthly or yearly subscriptions.

DD and Sid and the others have their own reasons to continue with a show that has taken a complete turn around. The viewers have their own not to.

And yes, when things are going well every one is happy but the reverse is also true

However, asking DD to quit will make no difference to this show or any show on Indian TV

Hi Skyfall, not sure which of the 6 who liked the main post was trending to throw Avdesh out but some of us have stopped watching the show.

We vent here because we feel cheated of the story by the CVs and the channel that we tuned in to watch due to what was shown in the promos and of course the butchering of the key characters. Some are still hoping that the original charm, story might be restored and they can resume watching ETR.

But the CVs, channel, PH and the actors too possibly are laughing all the way the bank despite the nonsense being churned out while we get upset and vent here.😆

Well...I have vociferously expressed my dislike of the Avdesh track to Lady N...just as I've been sending her sweet nothings ever since this ugly Raageshwari track took shape...!

But yes, the point of tweeting to them is to protest against the ugliness of the tracks!

I thought the point of this post was the pointlessness of asking actors to quit jobs that pay them hefty sums every month...and particularly when they don't seem affected by the ugliness of the tracks..!

So yes, let them earn their daily bread!

While we can still continue to vent against characters and the writers who created them!

My sole aim for this post was... Like most of you understood was ONLY to ask people to stop the "DD/Sid quit this show" trance!

Like some one said, this is their earning and if the show closes, it's more of their loss not ours! I'm sure it's them who are more concerned for trps than viewers- please don't ask them about what to do with their careers ... It only disheartens them more thinking you don't appreciate their work in the shows low times!

And my other point was just to mention that Bigamy track was always written for this show given its a royal drama in periodic setting- even though the way to bring it in was much more convoluted than we thought!

We have the power as viewers ... Please either tweet to channel, Niu Aunty or ST or just don't watch to show them the results... let the people not responsible for the writing be motivated and work hard with your well wishes!
