And yes, they should have promoted this dream even...people would have bothered to tune in at least to find out if Ranaji was dead or alive...!

But I think something big will happen...because they need to break them up if they have to restart the love story..!

U know what I feel is when they launched this show it is like a classical movie amidst all the mass masala galore. Initially they r content with the response as they know that this show can appeal to a certain section of audiences. After some time they wanted to attract all types of audiences. They r slowly achieving that goal also with adding romance quotient. But instead of adding little masala like tadka, they actually made this show a horror film. so they lost all the ground. To rectify that mistake instead of reverting back to their original classic, they made it an ARTFILM with this twist. so we've to wait n watch how this is going to give numbers to them.

I agree, Soumya...this is a huge risk...could earn them large dividends...or backfire completely..

See the show was based on two things...one was the love story between the King and the commoner and the other was the succession battle..

In one stroke, they have broken down both...

Irrespective of a man's qualities, it is his lineage that determines his right to the throne..that is how monarchy works...!

RM's words today made that amply clear...that Rana ji would be removed from the throne if his lineage were to be known...besides, Rana ji himself may not want to continue as King if he gets to know the truth!

So how they are going to revert to their original premise is beyond me...!

I find the twist interesting purely from a story perspective...but it is definitely going against the original premise and people might not find it appealing..or maybe they will...the TRPs of the next two weeks will seal the fate of the show...that is what I feel!

Glad they didn't turn RM into Kunthi. IMO, RM's real daughter is alive( probably getting auditioned) and they can make her the Queen & fight the Brits against the succession rules.Bring back the period,pl. I think Wikie has been away too lol.

Rageshwari's seduction being touted is keeping me away. that'll be the last nail on RNj's coffin. He got away unscathed from Fake Sulu's attempt at seduction with mask and all this one,not sure.

IMO, they better show some deeds of RNJ that'll show he has earned his title, even if he wasn't born a royal before the stuff hit the ceiling. I know, we'll get to see BRM's nautanki with her new side-kick, instead🤢

I don't think the seduction drama will happen...simply because the focus is on Sartaj's truth now...seducing RNJ would serve no purpose...seducing Sartaj might 😆

Yeah..RM's baby thing looks fishy to me...but that grief stricken cry...if it was because the child was female, it reflects horribly on her character..!

I am wondering whether they will make G RM's daughter..for two episodes now, she's been referring to them as being mother and daughter...and thereby legitimize RNJ's position...!

If a daughter did turn up, she would be old enough to be Queen...she would not need a regent...what would RNJ's role be even then?

I really hope that's not the twist.G and RM are the best saas-bahu ,atleast the best one among the current serials,hope they don't spoil their relationship by bringing such stupid twist.But, as you said, can't trust these writers.😆

In RM's flashback, when she was giving her jewelries to sartaj, yashoda told that mangtika is a symbol of suhag , if that is true,then why rani gayatri doesn't were mangtika?😕
Actually,RM's costume in FB looked more authentic to the era than G's costumes.I don't understand, why don't they give such costumes to G?

Have they changed makeup artists and costume designers as well?I feel G's previous costumes(before marriage) and hairstyles gave feel of 1940's.Now, only RNJ and RM were pretty clothes.
G gets the worst costumes,it's always the same pattern sarees of different colour😕 i don't understand why she has to wear colourful bindis.They should make her wear the red bindis like swarna's.But still she manages to look pretty in whatever she's given to wear.😳
