What he feels for Gayatri is bigger than what he ever felt for Sulakshna...he confessed it too...Gayatri did not just teach him to love...she also taught him how to keep love going, in spite of the many hurdles- the pyar nibhaana part. He is still in awe of the way she stuck to loving him, and how it all came to her so easily after all he had done to her!

What the idea of Sulakshna did to her- along with jealousy, it was being sidelined.. if the real Sulakshna came back like you wondered..Gayatri would feel inferior...especially if she were really as nice as RNJ remembers her...she might step aside, since she would be a queen in every sense. But Ranaji has settled for one person, and that is Gaytri, the person.

I think this could be where the explanation for all the haste in RaGa lies...it happened too fast, even RNJ is surprised. But only he knows the depth of what he feels for her...no one else does, not even Gayatri. The only other person who could understand him might be RM. Who knows if they'll tackle it that way...Gaytri doubting RNJ's feelings for her and him having to prove it.

Soup & Berts- I would like to see Gayathri Vahu mending the relation between Rm& RNJ, which BRM had screwed for years . there's something very sweet when the mother's pitch their sons' cause to Bahus.

Soup- i know you've been asking for agnipareeksha from RNJ.😆. Will be great to watch it done in royal style.
What happened in the mad rush is, as a viewer, hame pata hi nahi chala when G became RNJ's big love and Sulu got relegated to just pehala pyar.😆

The only reason I can think of the Sula track is to oust RNJ. BRM knows well that if she pitied one wife against another then she can distract RNJ. Once he is distracted, he will be forced to give the queen status back to Sula as she is his first wife. He is the one who is sandwiched between two women. He has no idea how to deal with Sula other than show concern as his heart is now ruled by Gayatri.

But still traces of bigamy track irritates me as you know 😆

This fake one doesn't help to solve the dilemma of what RNJ would have done and whom he would have chosen if she was real and back..

As Bertie pointed out, its does add in BRMs plan to ensure RNJ is the last of his lineage but the whole thing would have been much more bearable and impactful if there better presentation and this bit came say a month later once RNj-Gayatri story was allowed to progress at a slower pace post dargah than it did
