Yes maybe she could have retrained herself from slapping him but she has been taking in all that nonsense from him, so the women was bound to be emotionally drained. I actually liked that, sorry.

2. Him slapping her is completely different, he may be a man but he must not forget his the KING. And Kings don't go around slapping their queen, he might be in a situation here but again it's Gayathri who's suffering. It can't be easy knowing that you're the second women. As for Gayathri attacking his grandma well, fair point there. But still that doesn't mean he slaps her, he could have told her to shut it.

As a fan I see it this way, Gayathri is tolerating way more than Ranaji hence Ranaji should be more tolerate. Plus female are more emotionally weak, since we think from the heart.

As for equality sorry, it doesn't fit here. I mean come on, a men can do more physical damage than a women. I'm not saying what's wrong shouldn't be punished but a man should never raise his hands, period. For me equality doesn't come into play, maybe it's the inner female in me speaking but I don't feel this slap is justified.

All I said was that its natural to be sensitive about ones family and specially some you have known for long and old enough to be considered an angel by character. ..though age has nothing to do with character most of the times
