@ arshisfan: Agree regarding how they could've conceptualised the scene differently instead of making it appear as her throwing a silly tantrum.

That whole scene about Gayatri being averse to anyone touching her things without her consent portended doom. Here's a lady who is averse to her possessions being touched by anyone else and along comes her first love's first love who has a prior claim on his heart!

@ grumpydwarf: Re English, I agree.

For someone who has been bristling whenever Ranaji uttered a syllable of English, she let his "Allow me" pass yesterday.

---

I just watched the entire episode a while ago.

Is there a place where one can formally complain to Zee or some authority about the contents of the show? The scene showing Lakshyaraj locking Swarnalekha in that chest was downright cruel and violent. In such a huge palace, couldn't they have found another forsaken room, a trusted servants' quarters or a hidden room to hide her in?

I would have loved to see them discuss books and music etc...but not sure the common audience would really connect to such scenes...they need to maintain a balance...hence the idea to bring in a romantic novel read...G being a romantic was not out of character...I found RNJ strange in that scene actually...see I am fine with his scoffing at her for reading romance...all men do...but for him to behave like romance was an alien concept to him...I really did not get that part...

The point of the scene was to create an awkward moment between the two...end of story..the book reading was just an excuse, a nice enough one at that..! I found the word association game scene very good...it is something for everyone in the audience...and yet, it had depth to it since it revealed facets of their personality to each other...they could have had more such scenes...but I get where they were going with hard romance...it is what will lead to RNJ introspect...particularly when he is unable to reciprocate Sona's overtures...that is bound to come...sweet and soft is nice...but raw feelings have a greater power to move...!

Keen to know have predictions on the end to the Sulakshana track...so what do you think it will be?
1. Sona evil

2. Sona Fake

3. Sona good but accepting RNJ-G relationship and moving away

4. Sona dies saving RNJ/G

5. Any other

Your thoughts please...might else discuss the end in the hope it will bring it nearer...!

Sona evil followed by Sona fake. She always appeared self absorbed and that would not be the type to move away. However when does logic ever play a part in desi soaps. If it did, we would not be discussing Sona scenarios here.

If Sona is the real one, I certainly would be happy if she turned this mess around on BRM eventually.
The only thing she gains from helping BRM is lifetime guilt anyway.
And BRM won't care much because Sona is doing all the work.

If they show sona real. And her finally understanding that Rana is not the same one 6 years ago and stepping away after realizing its only gayu now for him. BRM can go to he'll
I dont want her dying and piling guilt on rana again.

How long were they married and how come no waaris came into picture?

Cvs might rake sona evil route for trp.

I hope we have a look alike Sula, just for Ranaji to understand he is holding onto lovely memories and destroying his living present. He needs to move on from Sula.Oh but, evil Sula is more trp friendly I guess.

I am now going to look at the lowest common denominator and then settle my expectations😆

Miscellaneously:

  • I really hope Ranaji uses his intelligence.Where is that shrewd Rana of the first episode who figured out the conspirators of the bomb attack on him??!!

  • Have no hopes for G, she will be the eternal sufferer, however, since they combined Swarna's track yesterday, I think she may face direct conflict through supporting Swarna.

  • i really liked that moment yesterday when RM felt she heard Swarna's voice, they have managed to retain her essence of an intelligent woman, alert, with quick reflexes. Maybe they have softened her a bit. TRP audiences may not have liked her mean words to BRM.

5. Sona a figment of Ranaji's imagination (like the last two sightings) ... it's him having a vision of what could go wrong! The track would be end in a few seconds.

6. Sona a figment of Raniji's imagination of what could go wrong! This track would end in a few minutes, given the genre of the books she reads.

7. Sona a figment of Kunwar Chachi's imagination as she fasts! Again, this track would end in a few minutes. I wouldn't mind her savouring a kille ka fateh for a few minutes, if only to ward off an actual entry.

8. You already know the other one.😆 And, to make it worse, it may be uttered not by Ranaji but Gayatri telling a bed-time story to her niece and nephew: "Ek tha raja, ek thi rani".
