Episode worked for me as I said especially because of the first scene, finally a man who would explain things straightforward without making the heroine go crazy trying to interpret his pushs and pulls, I know it's different from other stories where things start with turmoil, denial etc , but I guess this one is closer to reality, the guy really decided to move on, it won't happen overnight no wonder the kangan incident happened but yes he likes his wife, he knows she is innocent and a good human being, she is breathtakingly beautiful, attraction is also there but that deep love isn't there yet. He was honest and full of good intentions, for Gayatri, a woman in love this is more than enough to give her hope that their marriage will work and that she will end up winning him completely someday.

I would have liked them as I said to have more situations where he discovers how much good she is and admires her also on an intellectual level, I wanted them to have more discussions, but I guess she showed her patience, her management skills, her love for her country and her goodness in some situations to Ranaji, adding to that the near death experience she faced, and her love for him, and his realisation also that he shouldn't be unfair to others in his pain, all this can at least make him try to work this marriage and give her the saman of a wife and all the rights.

Besides the physical attraction, I think that, deep inside, Ranaji has some connect to Gayatri, she was always successful to bring him that peace even before she marries him, during the days where he thought she is a commoner girl, there has been a great level of comfort between them, so I guess the bud of love is somewhere inside him, he isn't forcing himself, he has willingness driven by something in his subconscious for Gayatri, but he has been so focused on Sullakshna for so many years before and after she died that we can't ask him to wipe all this at one go. I'm sure he will be no far soon in the situation where his heart only calls Gayatri even when Sona is there (in real or as an imposter or just as a memory), then he will eventually feel that his soulmate actually is Gayatri.

Expressions wise, I think Ranaji was smilling in an indulgent way when he first came inside, he knew she would be pissed off, he knew also that in few minutes he will make up for what happened to her and will tell her something that will make her happy, so he has that slight smile on his face overwhelmed also by the love this woman has for him, and he just let her vent it all out, and she was so lovely and sincere that how can he resist. So acceptance came after that, it wasn't a love confession, it was an acceptance of her as his wife who he thinks she is priceless and started liking but not yet deeply in love with. I think he was fair here, as I said this was more close to what a normal sane , fair and logical man would do.

The hug was nice, sincere too, sealing the pact, his good intentions and willingness to make it work and her willingness to give him time.

The second scene is typical of saas bahu shows where bahus keep displaying their knowledge and samajdari about how a woman should stand by her husband etc etc, I guess Ranaji was standing there surrounded by these women to listen to that only warna logically he should be with his sasur and brothers in law!!

I also find it weird ki how they are so casual with him, I mean I know he is the damad, but he is the king, and even if he wasn't, this is the first time he comes visiting them after mariage some restrain should be there, they can't behave with him like if they know him since ages!! I also found the scene when the bhabi kept giggling seeing Ranaji wearing Dhoti impolite, I mean even if she saw him she shouldn't have made it noticed! Now I know it's also Gayatri and Ranaji's fault for not closing the door😆

The bagri wala scene was ok for me too, surprisingly wasn't annoyed with the gussa wala dialogue maybe because it was said by Ranaji this time and I know he is a serious man so if he says it it"s only to tease her, they looked nice, eyelocks were nice too.

The dance was good as well, I know Gayatri outfit wasn't fit there😆, Sid said it's for TRPs , didn't bother me much, she looked beautiful, but yaar she was dancing and romancing Ranaji openly and he was in the game too like if nobody was there, now this is definitely something for TRPs as well 😆warna it doesn't suit the king and doesn't suit the girl who would feel shy to display all this affection in front of her family and neighboors!!

And they cracked me up with the "abracadbra" moment 😆. By magic all disapeared to let them has their moment. I hope Ranaji keeps his promises, good luck! but yes to some extent he will by putting sindoor on her forehead!

The sargi wala scene was good as well, sugar sugar, we will have diabeties 😆
