Yes Drashti sealed the scene. She was completely in the shoes of Gayatri and her subtle and implied invitation was a beauty and the entire scene was treat to the eyes. And rightly said along with Drashti, Sid also has to be congratulated for his part in this scene.

She is truly a professional

Portraying on screen romantic scenes can be very difficult.

Unless the balance is absolutely right a sensual scene can become very vulgar.

Very few actors can manage the right balance and Dd and said are 2 of them.

Yes, yes way to go Drashti. This is the first time I am watching her show. Her talent and professionalism has impressed me. Kudos to her hubby and her family too for supporting her. She wouldnt be here without their support.

Awesome post! Even though DD is quite famous for her cutesy scenes, I have always admired the way she portrays sensuality without going overboard with the OTT heaving, or contorting facial muscles to show transition in expressions. She shows the "getting turned on" part in a very classy way, and IMO she and another actress are the only two on Indian telly who could make romantic scenes non-cringe-inducing! Sid too has been so pretty damn convincing! In fact yesterday I couldn't look past Sid, the way he displayed a myriad of emotions with so much fluidity and expertise ...yet keeping up with the subtlety, I kind of pinched myself for having judged him prematurely. Mea culpa😆

DD and Sk actually shocked me with yesterday's episode. Both of them pull out that particular scene awesome way. For once I thought after marriage DD will not do this kind of scenes bcs of family problem but I m happy she proved me wrong. I m liking raga slowly slowly, they are very comfortable with each other and that's reflect through their work. Nice post TM
