Jyoti, Very good analysis, i have been always a fan of your analysis back from the JA days.
I have joined the forum after a year now.

What I liked was the way gayatri did not break or looase her mind over whatever sh*t her family threw her way.

I don't understand how old is she that her mom is so worried and if she is can't she see ,she is marrying her off to an oldie ,what if this guy dies sooner,what will gayatri do then , as far as i know in those days they would send widows back to their own house . Can damyanti not think of this , she just wants to get rid of her .

I liked all the ranaji and dadi scenes but the show is being dragged a little as per my view but maybe CV's are deliberately doing this for some other reasons.

And though we know finally Gayatri will give up to her mother's wishes but I m glad she dint give up without a fight .. she puts up a strong fight against a whole army of family and yet stood firm with her stand without disrespecting anyone 👍🏼

I felt mother was sort of faking that bitterness to convince her for the marriage because she was worried that if she remains unmarried then her brothers and bhabhis one day will throw her out of this house once her parents die .. this worry has driven Damyanti mad that she cant see how getting her married off to an old dude will do no good either to her future since she might hv to live like a widow half her life post that old guy's death ..

I wish she actually became saraswati of the house and took up some job before her marriage to Ranaji ..it could hv shown women empowerment and could hv send out a strong msg as well .. but then we know trps wont support such tracks .. so well
