The reason is not just misunderstanding But Gayatri's obsessive love for Ranaji. Drink reached her by mistake but she drank it willingly and then Bhabhis took advantage of her but gayatri is also at fault that she drank it second time just bcoz she is too much into her dreams & ready to do anything.
