Hi guys, may I join this AT? I have been a fan since her DMG, GHSP days. I haven't had to chance to catch up with the show yet..Could anyone of you please give me a brief summary of the 10 episodes so far? Thanks a lot in advance =)

The story revolves around two families one is a Royal family which includes Ranaji (Siddhant), his mother Rajmata (Anita Raj), his chachaji, chachaji wife n son

Another family is Seth Govind's family who is richest moneylender of Amerkot. His family includes his wife, daughter Gayatri (Drashti), his two sons n their wives

Ranaji has returned from 2nd world war after 6 years. Rajmata is facing financial issues for which she has taken huge loan from Govind Seth.

Rajmata is a bit arrogant abt her Royalty. She feels no matter if she is under huge loan of Govind seth, still he is commoner

Ranaji has been shown as very sensible Raja who cares for his praja. He is slowly learning abt what is happening around as he has returned from war after 6 long years. His character is very positive in a sense he understands the problem of his people n dont live in fake royalty as other members of family do

Chachaji's character is negative. he is jealous that he is not the king. He wants to snatch power from Rajmata n Ranaji with help of Britishers.

On other hand we have Gayaytri, she has been shown as a very sweet, bubbly, innocent girl who loves to live in her dreams.

She is considered unlucky by society as her fiance died few years back (it was not shown but just told in dialogues that she got engaged in childhood) for which she is considered responsible. Sad but this is how our society was in 1940s.

But she has learnt to live with it. And she doesnt crib abt it. She loves to live happily. Since when she has seen Ranaji, she has developed a crush on him more like a fangirl (quite unique concept). And nowadays she keep dreaming abt him.

They have already met twice or thrice. he once even saved him from drowning (For details u can watch episodes)

And yeah Gayatri is pampered by her fathers n brothers too

She is quite progressive in her thinking. Ahead of other girls of 1940s. She boldly dreams abt her prince charming that is Ranaji

Her father has also given her a lot of freedom, her mother is conservative a typical mother of 1940s

her bhabhis are negative who keeps creating troubles for Gayatri.

And yeah i forgot to mention Ranaji is already married but his wife died in car accident but he still in love with her. CVs have not shown their back story yet

Rajmata & Govind seth have a bit tussle related to the loan bcoz Rajmata feels she is Royal so she is above but Govind Seth feels their royalty is fake as their royalty is only bcoz of his money.

In latest sequence Rajmata is celebrating her 55th birthday where she wants to introduce her son to some princess.

And Rajmata on insistence of her Munimji has invited Govind Seth's family too so that loan issue b/w them dont get aggravated as Seth had already sent Rajmata a notice abt loan.

(Govind Seth is upset bcoz Ranaji's soldiers entered their house, so he is flaring up this loan issue)

gayatri on other hand dreaming that may be Ranaji has sent this invitation bcoz she gave her a gift in return of saving her life.

So this is the story till now.
