Sonia is no more; abrupt accident & gone forever but memories last

Wonderful post Dev. I just finished watching the show so still teary from it.😭

I don't have much to add as you've said it all in your post but I too am glad that they did not prolong the crying that usually comes before the funeral and think they did a beautiful job showing everyone remembering their loving sister, wife, DIL or SIL in their own way. Even the way they showed Sonia's life passing before her eyes was done really well. Beautifully executed by the CVS and cast.

I was wondering if Deepu and Raghav would blame Abhiman and it looks like that will be the case (at least for some time) then they too will remember that Sonia wouldn't want them to blame him. She was the one trying to unite the family as one so they too will eventually honour her memory in accepting Abhi I believe (but obviously not before we some more drama around this). I think Abhiman too will blame himself but unfortunately there is no stopping fate. Even her pallu got caught in the door as if their home to was aware that she may not be back...

Over all it was a very emotional scene and we will all miss Preeti as Sonia but as you say, I am sure she will remain in the hearts of the viewers, cast and storyline too!

Generally I dont cry when I see emotional scenes in serials or in movies...but this time I just could not resist 😭😭

I will watch as this Jiju saali relationship was what got me to watch the show in the first place. I have a similar friendship with my Jiju. My sister is alive thank god, but even though it wasn't promised, but my sister told me that my Jiju understood I was disabled and might need looking after in the future. So for me, unless I get married, I will always have a home with my sister.
