By far this was the most stupidest episode I've ever seen... (though I did laugh my head off today, so I will give the CVs props for that).
Here is what happened:
1) Karan watches Shanaya roll the ball towards Sakshi who was walking down the stairs. He runs and catches Sakshi as she was tripping. Sakshi was safe, except she sprained her ankle.
2) Karan gets pissed and slaps Shanaya because Shanaya was lying like usual. He decides to lock her in the storage room with Sharda begging Karan not to do so. He locks her in, Shanaya screams for Sharda, and Sharda gets pissed at Karan.
** Note: That is exactly what happened. There wasn't a scream or anything. It was manhandling Shanaya into the storage closet and locking the door. She then screams Shardaji, and then a few moments later Sharda enters the room.
3) Sharda pushes Karan aside and tries to open the door ... but guess what ... the door is jammed. Really .. the door is jammed...
4) Sharda tells Karan to open the door which he does and they see Shanaya on the ground with blood on her forehead and big pool of blood next to her.
**Let's analyze what just happened. Shanaya was in the room for maybe 20-30 seconds tops and by the time the door opens, she not only has a big scar on her head, but there is a large pool of blood next to her. Also, she is unconscious.
5) Sharda pushes Karan away who is trying to help and Karan looks hurt. Chirag calls the ambulance, Aarav gets water, Karan still looks hurt.
6) At the hospital ... Karan tries to approach Sharda but she just moves away from Karan. Nurse comes out and takes Karan to sign some stuff. The receptionist asks Karan's relationship to the patient and he says sister, but Aarav says that she is his step-sister... that's why he pushed her.. Doctor overhears this and takes matters into his own hands and he wants to call the cops. Suresh calls and tries to convince the doctor to let it slide as an accident, he'll handle things when he gets there.
7) Sakshi arrives with Dadi! Karan again tries to approach Sharda, but that woman is so stupid she is only obsessing about Shanaya. Sakshi tries to stand up for Karan, but Sharda isn't Mrs. Nice Woman anymore who has a heart for everyone, she tells Sakshi to back off. This goes back and forth - Sakshi and Karan trying to convince Sharda of Karan's innocence, and Sharda's refusal in hearing it. Karan even tries to tell Sharda that Sakshi was going to do a pregnancy test, but he is cut of half way.
8) Suresh arrives and Sharda, Aarav and Suresh go into Shanaya's room to see how she is doing. She has a huge bandage over her head ... Doctor again thinks this is beyond an accident, but Suresh tries to handle it. But aarav interrupts and says it's was on purpose. Sharda also agrees to this. Aarav rushes out to kill Karan
** So let's take another break from this stupidity and talk seriously. The doctor, the nurse, the parents all heard Aarav say that he was going to kill Karan. Now that, in a normal world, is a threat. Now .. the doctor, having taken things into his own hands based on his own useless speculations that honestly don't make sense because he interpreted the wound as something that wasn't on accident, doesn't pay any attention to that. I'll continue in my next commentary.
9) Aarav starts punching and hitting Karan, who doesn't fight back. Sharda stays put until Suresh tells Sharda to go and stop Aaarav. The doctor follows and he is the one who calls the cops.
10) Cops arrive and they ask what is going on. They see Karan sitting on the bench in a defensive position and they see Aarav struggling to escape Chirag (who has pulled him away from Karan). Cops ask what is going on .. Suresh tries to handle it as an accident but Aarav speaks up. He then forces Sharda to say that it was Karan's fault
** Well ... so the doctor who was so kind as to call the cops doesn't really say anything when Aarav was assaulting Karan. In fact, the useless cops show up and they don't ask about the one-sided fight that's going on ... nooo ... they are more interested in ... oh of course ... Ms. Sharda Junior ... the fair and lovely Shanaya. So in case you didn't understand that ... the cops weren't called to break up the one sided fight or even arrest Aarav that they sort of witnessed. They didn't even ask about that. It was all about Shanaya.
11) Sharda has some flashbacks of Pallavi telling her to love her children, and then the flashback where Sharda promises to love Pallavi's kids more than her own. So despite Suresh saying that this isn't about right or wrong, it's about Karan being sent to jail ... Sharda is like .. it's Karan's fault.
12) Karan has a hurt look and is arrested and led out. Sakshi runs behind him to a distance. Then she turns around and approaches Sharda and tells her that she knew that Karan had no intent on hurting, let alone killing Shanaya, then why did you let this happen. But the great and wise Sharda could do nothing but shake and hold her hands.
Precap .. Shanaya awakens. But wait .. she can't feel any sensation in her legs ... So everyone is shocked / worried
** My final commentary: So just to clear things up ... Karan .. the son who stood up for Sharda against Suresh, who wanted to take Sharda away from Suresh ... Sakshi, the DIL who looked up to and loved Sharda more than her own mom, who taught her to read / write and inspired her to become educated, her guru... was just thrown away because ... SHANAYA..
Hmm .. that doesn't sound right. Let me try again:
Sharda chooses Shanaya over her two kids that stood by her and supported her and gave her the respect she has today.
Or let's try this one:
Shanaya is successful in her plot to isolate Sharda.
Or maybe it's this one:
Would Shanaya have gotten the same cold treatment KaSak are getting if Shanaya had hurt Sakshi as she planned too? Nope .. it would have been brushed off as an accident because Shanaya is young and innocent... What if Sakshi got killed? Oh then Sharda would just figure what's worth more ... Sakshi - the DIL who loved her and stood by her immensely or Shanaya - the girl who is constantly up to no good ... of course Shanaya would be the victor because love will prevail ...

what a load of crap... this is the best storyline they come up with ... THIS PIECE OF SHIP.
STOP THIS STUPID TRACK AND MAKE THIS ABOUT KASAK .. we are all tired of seeing Sharda act stupid and injust and still be trusted by KaSak ...
Now let's get started on the other characters:

Suresh -- I can't believe I'm saying this but it looks like the roles were reversed. Sharda became evil like Suresh and Suresh (though out of selfish purposes) became kinder towards Karan like Sharda used to be. His suggestion of telling Sharda to think before saying anything because Karan was at risk of going behind bars ... priceless.
