There were only few people present in Raghav and Kalpana's marriage. Raghav and Kalpana were taken to two separate stages. First Kazi went to Kalpana and asked her if she wanted to marry Raghav and she answered by saying Qubool. Kazi did the same for Raghav. Raghav closed his eyes and thought of his promise to his mother. He took a deep breath and said, Qubool. "Alhamdulillah, Nikah somponno hogaya," The Kazi said with smile. You and Kalpana have become husband and wife. Then all prayed to God for the couple.
Kalpana was very happy that finally she became Mrs. Raghav. Kalpana was waiting on the stage for the person who she loved and wanted to spend her entire life with. After a long waiting all of a sudden finally she was about to see the glimpse of Ragahv from behind while he was passing the venue. Seeing him a smile appeared on her face.
During her bedaai Kamla cried a lot. Seeing Kamla crying, Kalpana said assurance, "Fupujaan, why are you crying? Your daughter got to marry her prince charming. Your daughter got to marry the person she loves a lot." Hearing her Kamla felt guilt that she hid the truth from Kalpana. Kamla held Gauri's hand and said, "I don't know I did right or wrong but Kalpana is your responsibilities now. O bachchi hai. Please don't hurt her innocent soul. It is a humble request from me." Hearing her Gauri assured her that she will take care of her.
Kalpana and Raghav were in two separate cars going to the Mahal. Gauri was with Kalpana and Parveen was with Raghav. In the car Kalpana cried a lot as she couldn't hold her tears anymore. Gauri assured her that whenever she wants she could meet Kamla.
After reached the Mahal, Kalpana was in awe seeing the beautiful Mahal. She never saw any Mahal like this in her life.
Mahal
She was given a beautiful and well decorated separate room with an attached balcony to stay. "This is your room. From now you will stay here," Gauri said with smile. She then showed Kalpana all the designer sarees, dresses, jewelries kept for Kalpana in the Almirah. "These are so beautiful," Kalpana said amused, "all are mine?" "Yes," Gauri replied with smile, "I am glad that you liked them. "Kalpana, you stay here. Raghav will be here anytime," Saying so Gauri left from there leaving Kalpana blushed. Today Kalpana was very happy that finally she is able to meet her husband, her love Raghav. Though she was happy that finally she was able to meet him but she was nervous at the same time as it was her first night with a person she never seen physically.
Seeing Raghav entering into their room, Parveen asked, "What are you doing here? You should be with Kalpana today?" Hearing her, Raghav looked at her and said annoyed, "Please I need some time." After changing his dress he went to sleep. She turned her head and her eyes fell on Gauri. Parveen walked toward her and said, "Ammijaan, give him some time." Gauri nodded then left from there thinking Kalpana might be waiting for Raghav. She felt bad for Kalpana.
On the other hand Kalpana was waiting for Raghav in her room. Though she felt tired and sleepy, she didn't go to sleep thinking that if Raghav comes and finds her sleeping he may feel bad. After waiting for a long time she fell asleep.
The next morning Kalpana woke up late and saw a maid standing in front of her. "Good Morning Bahuraani," The maid greeted with smile, "After freshening up please have your breakfast," saying so the maid started set up her breakfast on the table. "It is 11 o'clock?" Kalpana said looking at the wall clock. "I slept this much? Raghav must be angry on me and left for his work," saying so Kalpana was about to get off from the room but the maid stopped saying, "Raani sa said you have to eat your breakfast first then take shower then go outside." "Where is Raghav?" Kalpana asked. The maid looked at Kalpana remembering Guri's words as no one will disclose anything to Kalpana then without answering her she left from there leaving Kalpana confused.
Kalpana did the same as the maid said. She ate her breakfast then went to the bathroom to take shower. After taking shower she wore a beautiful saree.
Kalpana came out from the room and started searching for Raghav. Gauri was going to her office room but all of a sudden her eyes fell on Kalpana roaming here and there. "Kalpana." Hearing her name Kalpana looked behind and smiled seeing Gauri. "Assalamualikum Raani sa," Kalpana greeted with smile. "Walikumsalam beta," Gauri greeted her back. She touched Kalpana's cheek and said, "Mashallah, you are looking so beautiful." Hearing her Kalpana blushed and said, "Thank you Rani sa." "Call me Ammijaan, thik hai? Ragahv also called me Ammijaan." Hearing Raghav's name Kalpana's eyes were searching for him again. Gauri noticed this. "Looking for Raghav?" Gauri asked. Kalpana nodded with smile. "Kalpana, Raghav went to office. He will come home at night. He will meet you tonight," Gauri said leaving from there. Parveen was going to the living room but stopped and left seeing Kalpana there. Kalpana went to the kitchen and saw lots of maids working. "Bahu Rani, do you need anything?" One of the maids asked. "Actually I was bored that's why I came here. "What are you cooking?" Kalpana said. The maids then showed all the separate dishes for members of the family. "What does Raghav like?" Kalpana asked curios. "He doesn't like spicy food so we made less spicy food for him." The maid answered, "He has been abroad for his study for quite a long time so has been used to eating less spicy from then." He has been abroad and I don't know about it Kalpna thought.
She wanted to know more about him. She then decided to talk to Gauri. In the evening Gauri went to Kalpana's room and asked if she was comfortable in this house. Kalpana gave positive feedback with a smile. Kalpana said, "The marriage went really fast so I didn't get to know about Raghav." Hearing her Gauri smiled and said with a smile, "Do you want to know about him?" Kalpana nodded with smile. Gauri continued, "Raghav is a very quiet and calm type of boy. He talks very less. He went to London to complete his MBA. We have lots of business here and there that Raghav takes care of. He is very perfect and serious about his work, the way he is about his family." Hearing her Kalpana fell for him more. "Kalpana I need to tell you something you are the new dulhan and I need you to stay in your room for a month." Hearing her Kalpana was confused and asked, "why ammijan?" Actually lot of people from outside come in our palace for different purposes and it is one of our traditions for a newly married bride that she can't come in front of strangers from outside other than family members. If you need anything then just call and a maid will be here. This one month your food will be served in your room." As Gauri said this she felt bad for lying to Kalpana. She didn't want Kalpana to know about Raghav's wife Parvin. The more she would stay in her room the less chances there will be for Kalpana to know the truth. "No problem Ammijaan, I will stay in my room for a month. " Kalpana said obeying Gauri's decision.
In the evening Kalpana went to her balcony waiting for Raghav to come. She waited 1 hour in the balcony but Raghav didn't come. After that she went back to her room. After another hour, hearing the sound of a car in the driveway she ran back to the balcony but was too late as he already entered into the palace. She wanted to run to the living room but stopped remembering Gauri's words.
After half an hour a maid entered into her room with a tray full of Kalpana's dinner. "Bohu rani, your dinner." Saying this, the maid placed the tray on her side table leaving the room. Kalpana mumbled to herself, "How can I eat dinner alone, let me wait for him." After another hour of waiting Kalpana opened her door and peeked out the hallway and saw that Raghav was sitting in the long table in the dining room with his back facing Kalpana. She felt like to run to him but she couldn't. Then her eyes fell on a lady sitting closely beside him. She noticed that both of them were talking and eating dinner. Who is that lady? Kalpana thought, So far I know that he is the only child. If she is not his sister then she might be his relative. Kalpana then came back to her room and sat to eat her dinner. She felt bad that she has to eat alone.
That night Kalpana kept waiting for Raghav but he didn't show up. Gauri kept telling her that he was busy with his work but he will surely meet you. This is how Kalpana started spending her sleepless night waiting for him. Kalpana was very upset thinking, how much he is busy that he doesn't have time to meet his wife for once.
On the other hand though Kamla missed Kalpana but she couldn't find courage to talk to her. She had a fear that Kalpana will never forgive her and start to hate her. Four days later Kalpana called Kamla and complained that after her marriage Kamla forgot her. In the middle of the conversation, Kamla asked about Raghav. Kalpana lied about him saying, "He takes care of me well." Though she lied to Kamla but Kamla understood.
Seven days passed like this, Kalpana and Raghav didn't come in front of each other. Gauri decided to confront Raghav. In the evening while Raghav was working in his laptop, Gauri entered into his room. Seeing Gauri's facial expression Raghav understood. "Ragahv, how can you forget about Kalpana? You married to her for a purpose," Gauri said upset. "Ammijaan, I didn't forget her," Raghav replied back softly, "I wanted some time." "Sorry, I can't give you any more time," Saying so Gauri left from there upset. Raghav closed his laptop with a thud and went to the balcony. One hour later, a maid came to Kalpana's room and told her that Raghav is coming in half an hour. She still couldn't believe that he is finally coming to meet her.
Kalpana took extra effort to get ready. She changed at least six sarees to make her look best. Finally she decided to wear this saree.
Kalpana was waiting for Raghav. She made the room dim as per Raghav's request. She was sitting at the corner of her bed. As time was getting closer her heart started beating fast. After few minutes, hearing the sound of his footstep, Kalpana stood up nervously. Then she heard the sound of the door locked. Raghav slowly walked toward her. They stood few feets away. Finally both of them are standing face to face. But they couldn't see each other clearly because of the dark. Both of their eyes were on the ground. Both stood silently. After few minutes Raghav broke the silence saying hesitated, "I have only ten minutes. So would you please..." He paused for few seconds then said, "Please take off your clothes." Kalpana looked up. She was shocked. She was expecting something else. Is this why he married me? Kalpana thought sad. After few minutes her hands went to her shoulder to take off the pin which was attached to her pallu to the blouse. She was strugling to take off the pin. Ragahv noticed this. "May I?" Saying so Raghav walked toward her. When Raghav was about to help her, their hands touched causing Kalpana to move her hand nervously. He was so close to her as she could feel his breath. While helping her, Ragahv's fingers touched her skin causing her to close her eyes. No man had ever come this close to her before. Kalpana completely forgot everything she had for him in his proximity.
He made her lay and he layed beside her. He put his hand on Kalpana's bare waist then his hand slowly went to her back to reach her blouse. After unhooked her br.* he pulled her against him causing her to lose her control completely. Their bodies touched. His one hand was on her waist and the other one was on her back...
Raghav got off from her then layed down beside her. After few minutes he got off from the bed and dressed himself. He was about to leave the room but stopped and came back to Kalpana who was sleeping peacefully. He covered her naked body with the blanket. Then he left from there.
Once Raghav entered into their bedroom, "Kya baat hai Nowab saab, you said you are going to her room only for ten minutes but you spent 40 minutes," Hearing Parveen, Ragahv looked at the wall clock and thought, she was right. Without saying anything he went to the bathroom. He stood under the shower and thought surprised, why I was with her so long?
When Raghav was drying his wet hair with the towel, Parveen noticed something on his back. "Seems like some scratches on your back?" Hearing Parveen, Raghav remembered something and said, "It was her first time na. She seemed very young."
The next morning Kalpana woke up with a big smile. Remembering the moments she spent with Raghav last night she blushed. Covering her naked body with the blanket she went to the bathroom. She removed the blanket and stood in front of the mirror. She saw her naked body in the mirror. She remembered his touch. It was so soft. She touched her body wherever his hands and lips traveled leaving red marks.
After freshening up Kalpana was about to go outside of the room but stopped seeing Gauri coming toward her room. Gauri felt good seeing Kalpana smiling. "Good morning beta," Gauri said with smile. "Gauri morning Ammijaan," Kalpana said. "Ammijaan, can I go downstair to meet Raghav?" Kalpana's smile vanished within a second when Gauri said, "Actually, I came here to say that Raghav has gone to Bangkok in this morning for two weeks for business purpose." "Bangkok?"Kalpana mumbled sad. "Yes beta. Actually it was too early and you were sleeping that's why he didn't want to bother you before leaving." Kalpana wanted to talk to Raghav over the phone but Gauri refused to give her number saying he will call you.
After two days Kalpana went to meet Kamla and her cousin Shabana. She decided to stay with them for few days. Though she was with Kamla and Shabana but her mind and heart were somewhere else. Kamla and Shabana noticed that. "Kalpana Apa, let's call Ragghav bhaijaan and tell him to take you with him," Shabana said teasing. "Why?" Kalpana asked confused. "Look at your face. It shows clearly that you are missing him badly. You need to be with him, not with us," Shabana said. "Haan, it is true that I want to be with him. But he is busy and he doesn't have time for me to call me even for once," Kalpana said sad, "I wish I could tell him that how much I love him." Hearing her Shabana said shocked, "You didn't tell him yet?" Kalpana shacked her head in no. How can I tell you that we met only once? Though we met but no one could see each other's face clearly, Kalpana said in her mind upset? She thought something and said, "Fupujaan, did Raghav see any of my pictures? Which picture did you show him before my marriage?" Kalpana asked with curiosity. Kalpana was shocked when Kamla replied, "He didn't see your picture before your marriage." But how a person could say yes for marriage without seeing a girl especially in this generation? Kalpana thought, was this marriage against his will? She had lots of questions in her mind but who should she share it with.
Raghav stayed one more week in Bangkok. After three weeks he came back home. Ragahv was going to his room. On the way when he passed Kalpana's room he stopped for a while and looked at her door which was closed. Kalpana was in her room. She knew that he has come. She was very upset. She was very upset thinking that there was something that these people are hiding from her.
"I missed you a lot," Parveen said rested her head on Raghav's bare chest. "I missed you too," Ragahv said kissing on her head. "I have something for you," Saying so he opened a box which was kept on the side table. Seeing a beautiful diamond neckless Parveen said amused, "This is so beautiful." "Not as beautiful as you are," Raghav said lovingly.
Kalpana heard two maids saying that Raghav brought gifts for everyone in the Mahal. Hearing them Kalpana felt bad thinking that she was not a family member.
Time passed like this, Kalpana would spend her time alone in her room.
One day Gauri was very tensed knowing that Kalpana didn't conceive. Remembering Raghav's condition, "After one meeting if that girl doesn't conceive then she has to leave this place immediately. No one will force me for another meeting." She got even more worried about Kalpana. She was feeling bad for Kalpana that she would have to leave this palace forever. While having dinner, Raghav noticed his mother tensed. "Ammijaan, what is the matter?" Raghav asked. Gauri took a deep breath and said softly, "It's been five weeks but Kalpana didn't conceive." Raghav didn't say anything. He finished his dinner quietly. Before he left he told a maid who was standing near him, "Go to Kalpana's room. Tell her that I am coming." Both Gauri and Parveen were shocked. They couldn't believe their ears. Gauri was happy that Raghav wanted to give Kalpana another chance. But Parveen? Though she was happy but was confused at the same time thinking why he has changed his mind?
When the maid told Kalpana that Raghav is coming to her, Kalpana decided to talk to him.
After covering their naked body, Raghav layed down beside Kalpana. I hope she conceive this time, Raghav thought. He felt bad for Kalpana thinking that she was doing this for a reason. He felt bad for her thinking that she lost her virginity for a man who will allow her to leave from his life forever. "Ouch." Hearing her Raghav asked concerned, "What happened?" "Something got into my eye," Kalpana said rubbing her eye. "Let me help you," Saying so Raghav leaned over and turned on the lamp. He turned his head. His eyes fell on Kalpana. Both of them were staring at each other. He forgot why he turned on the lamp. Finally both of them could see each other clearly. Raghav was so lost into her innocent and beautiful eyes. She is so young, Ragahv thought, why did she agree to marry me? Was she forced by someone? His chain of thought broke when Kalpana asked innocently, "Kya aap mujhsey naraj ho? You don't like me? Why you don't want to see my face? Did this marriage against your will?" Raghav was just listening to her silently. To change the subject he asked her back, "You had something in your eye right?" "Nothing got into my eyes," KAlpana replied to him. Raghav dressed himself and was about to leave but stopped when Kalpana held his wrist and asked lovingly, "Will you come tomorrow?"
