Yes dear, Raghav was her only customer but when she was in this profession, she knew that she might have more than one while it was just a coincidence that Raghav was her only customer. She dint have any option that time and the only thing that was in her mind was to save her sister but now when Raghav (whom she loves) wants to continue using her services and considers her only as a call girl, it is making her feel miserable. He is making her feel that she does not deserve to be loved but only is a call girl and she has to live with this fact throughout her life. She thought she could lead a normal life after she leaves the profession but Raghav made her feel it's wrong for her to think that she can.
