Note: I know I'm supposed to complete my other ff but its been long since I updated this one. This story is really difficult for me to write so the updates won't be frequent coz I'm most of time occupied with studies and my mind doesn't work when it comes to writing this one and also I don't wanna just write any random stuff ..
So please be honest with your feedback for every update coz negative feedback also helps a lot ..

"Are you mad?? ... You're fired!!!", Raghav all but yelled at the person on the other side.. He had spent the entire night correcting a presentation and his secretary send the old uncorrected one by mistake and Raghav Singhania never tolerated mistakes..
It wasn't a really unusual scene in Singhaania mansion but for Paakhi it was all new and so she stood numb at the entrance of his room..
Moving his hands through his hair Raghav turned around and saw Paakhi standing there with a tray.. His tensed shoulders loosened a bit.. "Paakhi.. ", he said while giving a kind smile.. Paakhi too weakly smiled in turn and greeted "Good morning" in an almost inaudible tone. Raghav understood that his sister-in-law probably was in shock.. He walked over to her and took the tray from her hand..
Raghav being Paakhi's jethji (elder brother-in-law) she bent down to take his blessings but was stopped mid way.. "No need.. Umm.. wait..", saying so he walked over to his cupboard and removed a small box from inside..
"Here", he said.. It was a ritual in Singhaania family that on first day when the 'Rasoi' rasam is done the new-bride is gifted something by all elders.. Paakhi opened the box and found a small idol of Ganpati in it.. "Thank you", she said this time with a genuine smile.. Raghav nodded and when she just was about to go he said," Paakhi today it was the rasam so its ok but please from tomorrow send some servant with my breakfast..", he said and Paakhi moved her head in approval and left the room..
As soon as she left the room the cell phone in her hand buzzed.. "Kalpi di..", she said cheerfully.. "So how's your first day going on in your new house..", Kalpi asked .. "Fabulous.. Everyone is really sweet.. ", Paakhi entered her room and while walking to the window continued..," Sammy's parents are very sweet and loving.. Mom helped me cook the breakfast and while serving Dad was adamant that I should sit and let the servants do the work.. And Raghav bhaiyya ... you know what di.. when I went to his room with the breakfast he was shouting on someone and I was so scared but then he invited me inside and he even gifted a beautiful Ganpati idol .."...
"I'm very happy for you Paakhi..", Kalpi said her happiness quite evident in her voice.. "Ok I have to leave now so I'll talk to you later..", Kalpi was just about to hang up when Paakhi spoke.. "Di.. di.. can you come now??".. "Where?? Your home?? Now??", Kalpi repeated.. "Ya.. Actually mom has gone to meet some friend of hers and everyone else is going to leave for work.. Mom had asked me to accompany her but I denied and so now I'll get bored alone at home.. So I'll be with you.. Ok??", the hope in Paakhi's voice didn't let Kalpi deny her request and she said,"Ok.. I'll be there in 30 minutes.."

"Ya ..tell Mrs.Sharma to wait for me ... this traffic.. arrghh.. Ya I'll be there in about fifteen minutes..", Kalpi said while peeping out her car door.. Unlike everyday today she was driving herself and was now stuck in a traffic jam while on the other side her client waited for her in hsr office and here Kalpi had to pick Paakhi first..
Luckily her office was just a five minutes drive from Singhaania mansion.. Kalpi saw some cars take up another way..She looked at the auto driver beside her and asked him, "Bhaiyya.. Carter Road ko kaise jaa sakte hai (How to go to carter road from here?)", the person told her the shortcut and after saying thank you Kalpi moved the glass up and moved the lever near steering wheel signalling that she had to turn left.. When the cars in neighbouring line moved a bit she quickly turned to take the turn ...
Following the directions she went on and pressed the horn while taking another left so as to warn and car coming from other side as it was a blind turn but 'THAD' there was crash.. To their good luck both cars were about to take the turn and so were on low speed..
"What the..", Raghav swored on feeling a brief jerk .. "I'll call you later..", he said and pressed the button on his bluetooth before making his way down his car.. the mercedes logo pressed a little by the brown Renault car..
Kalpi too got down and looked at the scratches her car had to bear because of the careless driver and both of them looked simultaneously at each other their expressions mirroring each other.. it took little time but they quickly registered who the other person was and "You", Raghav and Kalpi's voice came in unison..
"Of course.. It just has to be you.. Who else would be a problem for others..", Kalpi taunted..
"So now whom are you going to help in such a hurry that you had to keep your eyes off the road..", Raghav debated..
"Me??.. My eyes were off the road?? .. If you didn't have that stupid bluetooth attached to your ear then magbe you would've heard the horn I gave before turning.. but supposedly you were busy yelling at some one yet again.. ", Kalpi yelled at him..
"Look .. miss whoever you are.. I don't have anytime for your useless talk.. tell me how much money you want for the damage and get lost..", Raghav said arrogantly..
"Look Mr.Whatever.. I don't need your money and if you can really do something then just learn how to talk to someone..", Kalpi huffed and went back to her car.. They both stared angrily at each other and then left on their respective ways muttering curses for each other..

"Where were you di..?? You said you'll come in 30 minutes.. ",Paakhi whined while walking towards Kalpi's car ... Seeing the pressed front lower part of Kalpi's fairly new car Paakhi inquired," What happened to your car??"..
Kalpi clutched the steering wheel trying to control the annoyance rising in her mind and just said," Nothing much.. minor accident with.. AN IDIOT, ARROGANT JERK..", Paakhi looked at Kalpi perplexed as Kalpi was one of those forgive and forget type of person but whoever this person was had got that recessive emotion of anger dominate her..
The duo left for Kalpi's office ... "So where are you going for honeymoon?? hmm..", Kalpi asked chirpily.. Paakhi blushed hard and then looking other way said," Don't know.. actually this month is gonna be a busy one for Sammy there's lot of work and also next week he has to go to US for some work..".. "And you??", Kalpi asked.. "Sammy wants me to come but he's going there for work .. so I said no but he keeps insisting.."..."So you should go.. ", Kalpi said..
They reached at their destination.. Kalpi drove in the compound of the tall glass building .. Handing over the keys to the watchmen they made their way inside the building.. " Raghav bhaiyya would also be there.. what will I do accompanying them..", Paakhi continued their discussion in the elevator.. "Your brother-in-law is kabab mein haddi..", Kalpi blurted out making Paakhi chuckle..

the letters attached in shiny silver.. "You go and sit in my cabin I'll be there in some time..", Kalpi instructed Paakhi and went in the opposite direction..
Paakhi was very well accustomed to Kalpi's office being a frequent visitor.. She opened Kalpi's cabin door and the magenta coloured walls welcomed her.. The huge cabin had many thermocol models placed at one end and on the wall near the table had many photo frames hung up.. All of it showing same people.. Paakhi ,Kalpi and Ashutosh..
